«Դիմացինիդ հետ վարվիր այնպես, ինչպես կցանկանայիր, որ քեզ հետ վարվեին
Օրեր առաջ հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարեց ներկայացնել ներդրումային պիլոտային ծրագրեր: Ավելին, մինչև այդ նա արդեն նշել էր, որ տնտեսական ճգնաժամն անխուսափելի է: Ու սպասվող տնտեսական ճգնաժամի մասին խոսեց, նա ով ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ «զրո» արձագանք էր տալիս իմ մտահոգություններին նավթի գների ռեկորդային անկման, ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրման ու կորոնավիրուսի սպասվող սպառնալիքի վերաբերյալ:
Ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս նա հեգնում էր քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին՝ հպարտ հայտարարելով, թե կորոնավիրուսը ում շունն է: Հիմա հերթը հասել է ներդրումային ծրագրերին: Ի՞նչ ներդրումների մասին կարելի է խոսել, երբ «քայլողները» կառավարման երկու տարիների ընթացքում ներդրումներ ոչ միայն չեն եղել, այլև հեղափոխական տեմպերով նվազել են: Հարց է առաջանում՝ո՞ւմ և ի՞նչ ռեսուրսներով է Հայաստանում ներդրումներ արվելու:
Անվտանգության,տնտեսական ու առողջապահական սպառնալիքներին դիմակայելու և ներդրումներ ներգրավելու ճանապարհը քաղաքական ու հասարակական համերաշխություն քարոզելն է:
