ՀՀ քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն հայտարարություն է տարածել
SOCIETYԵրեկ որոշ ԶԼՄ-ներում տարածված այն տեղեկատվությունը, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանի Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն զրկվել է լիցենզիայից, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՀՀ Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն:
«Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, Երեկ որոշ ԶԼՄ-ներում տարածված այն տեղեկատվությունը, ըստ որի՝ Հայաստանի Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեն զրկվել է լիցենզիայից, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Հայաստանն ինքնիշխան պետություն է և որևէ կառույց չի կարող զրկել ՀՀ օրենքով գործող պետական կառույցին իր լիազորությունները կատարելու իրավունքից:
2020 թվականի փետրվարի 3-ից 7-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Թռիչքային անվտանգության եվրոպական գործակալության (այսուհետ՝ Գործակալություն) և Եվրոպական Միության (այսուհետ՝ ԵՄ) մասնագետների կողմից իրականացվել է Կոմիտեի և թվով երկու ավիաընկերությունների գնահատման այց: 2020 թվականի մարտի 6-ին Կոմիտեն և գնահատում անցած երկու ընկերությունները ստացել են Գործակալության կողմից նախնական գնահատման արդյունքները, որի վերաբերյալ Գործակալությունն ակնկալում է ստանալ Կոմիտեի կարծիքը գնահատման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ զեկույցը վերջնական տեսքի բերելու նպատակով: Այսպիսով, Գործակալությանն ուղղված դիտարկումները Կոմիտեն ուղարկելու է ապրիլի 6-ին:
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք ամիսներ առաջ, Եվրոպական Հանձնաժողովը նախատեսում է 2020 թվականի մայիսի 12-ից 14-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Բրյուսել քաղաքում անցկացվելիք Եվրոպական անվտանգության թիմի նիստի լսումներին ներկայացնել Գործակալության արձանագրած դիտարկումները և Կոմիտեի պարզաբանումները, որին հրավիրված է նաև Կոմիտեն: Միաժամանակ, նախկինում արդեն բազմիցս տեղեկացրել ենք, որ Կոմիտեն ունի լուրջ խնդիրներ, որոնք նոր չեն, ունեն շատ երկար տարիների պատմություն, որոնք պահանջում են բավական ժամանակ և ռեսուրսներ կառույցը արդիականացնելու համար: Այդ ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ արվում են և արվելու են լուրջ և կտրուկ քայլեր:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերվում է այն երկու ավիաընկերություններին, որոնք ժամանակավորապես զրկվել են երրորդ երկրի շահագործման վկայականներից, ապա կարևոր է նշել, որ նրանք զրկվում են միայն ժամանակավորապես, միայն եվրոպական ուղղություններով կատարվող չվերթների իրավունքից և կարող են իրենց թռիչքները շարունակել այլ պետություններ: Ավելին, այս որոշումը միայն վերաբերվում է Հայաստանում գրանցված ավիաընկերություններին, որոնք իրականացնում են սակավաթիվ թռիչքներ դեպի Եվրոպական ուղություններ, և այս որոշումը որևէ ազդեցություն չի ունենա այլ միջազգային ընկերությունների կողմից իրականացվող թռիչքների վրա: Ի հավելումն, պետք է նշենք, որ Կոմիտեն սերտորեն համագործակցում է ավիաընկերությունների ղեկավարությունների հետ ստեղծված իրավիճակում լուծումներ գտնելու ուղղությամբ:
