«Եթե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին բան պատահի, ես հայց կներկայացնեմ միջազգային դատարան»․ Սևակ Թորոսյան
BLOGԵթե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին բան պատահի, ես պատրաստ եմ պետական մահափորձի մեղադրանքով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Արդարադատության նախարարի և դատավորի դեմ հայց ներկայացնել միջազգային դատարան. այս մասին «5-րդ ալիք»-ի հետ հարցազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց Ֆրանսիայի փաստաբանների պալատի անդամ, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպան Սևակ Թորոսյանը։
«Հայաստանի ղկավարության համար ոչ մարդու իրավունքները կարևորություն ունեն, ոչ իրավունքը կարևորություն ունի։ Պետք է զանազանել նախնական կալանքի պարագան և պատժի պարագան։ Նախնական կալանքը անհնար է այսպես թղնել, այն կապված է անմեղության կանխավարկածին, այսինքն անձը ուզեք թե չուզենք անմեղ է։ Անընդունելի է, որ մարդը մահանա բանտում իր նախանական կալանքի ընթացքում։ Տունն ավելի ապհով է, քան բանտը։ Եթե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին որևէ բան պատահի կորոնավիրուսի պատճառով ես պատրաստ եմ միջազգահյին քրեական դատարան դիմել, որովհետև սա պետական մահափորձ կլինի։ Եթե որևէ մեկը Հայաստանում այս վիրուսի առիթն օգտագործի, որպեսզի անուղղակի մարդասպանություն կատարի ես կդիմեմ բոլոր միջազգային դատարանները»,- նշեց Թորոսյանը։
Փաստաբանի խոսքով, եթե կորոնավիրուսի պայմաններում մարդը, որը 50-60 տարեկանից բարձր է և առողջական խնդիրներ ունի և որ այդ մարդու պաշտպանները դիմումով զգուշացրել են, մնա բանտում, այդ դեպքում կարելի է խոսել պետական մահափորձի մասի։
«Այսինքն եթե որևէ մեկը մահան բանտում կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքով իմանալով , որ նրա պաշտպանը դիմում է ներկայացրել զգուշացրել է, դատավորին և որոշ քաղաքական մարմիններին և նրանք շարունակել են իրենց քաղաքական նպատակը սա պետական մահափորձ է»,- ասաց Թորոսյանը։
