INTERNATIONAL NEWSԳիտնականները ստացել են COVID-19 հիվանդություն առաջացնող SARS-CoV-2 կորոնավիրուսի դեմ նոր պատվաստանյութի մինչկլինիկական փորձարկումների առաջին արդյունքները: Վկայակոչելով EBioMedicine ամսագրում հրապարակված հոդվածը՝ Պիտսբուրգի համալսարանի մամուլի ծառայությունը հայտնում է, որ հետազոտվող պատվաստանյութն, օրգանիզմի մեջ հայտնվելով, նպաստում է SARS-CoV-2-ի դեմ հատուկ հակամարմինների արտադրմանը, ընդ որում՝ այնպիսի քանակությամբ, որը բավարար է համարվում վիրուսի չեզոքացման համար:
Պատվաստանյութը ստեղծելիս հաշվի է առնվել 2003 թվականին SARS-CoV եւ 2014 թվականին MERS-CoV վիրուսների դեմ պայքարի ժամանակ ձեռք բերված փորձը: Դեղամիջոցը մշակվել է S սպիտակուցի պատրաստի հատվածների հիմքով, որը վիրուսին անհրաժեշտ է մարդու բջջի մեջ թափանցելու համար:
«Կարելի է ասել, որ մենք նախապես գիտեինք ինչպես պայքարել նոր վիրուսի դեմ»,- ասել է Պիտսբուրգի համալսարանի (ԱՄՆ) դոցենտ Անդրեա Գամբոտոն:
Պատվաստանյութը թեստավորել են մկների վրա. պարզվել է, որ օրգանիզմ դեղամիջոցը ներարկելուց հետո սկսել են արտադրվել մեծ քանակությամբ հակամարմիններ, որոնք պետք միանան վիրուսային մասնիկներին եւ դրանք չեզոքացնեն: Թեստերը դեռեւս չեն անցկացվել կորոնավիրուսով վարակված մկների վրա, սակայն MERS-ի դեմ համանման պատվաստանյութի փորձերը ցույց են տվել, որ օրգանիզմը վիրուսը հաջողությամբ չեզոքացնում է: Դեղամիջոցի կիրառման արդյունքը պահպանվում էր մեկ տարի:
Հարկ է նշել, որ մասնագետներն օգտագործել են մարդու օրգանիզմ դեղամիջոցի փոխադրման նոր մեխանիզմ. պատվաստանյութը ներարկել են մատի բարձիկի չափով հատուկ սպեղանու միջոցով, որի վրա մոտ 400 մանրագույն ասեղներ կան: Սպեղանին փակցվում է մաշկին, որից հետո այն պատվաստանյութը հասցնում է մաշկի միջոցով, իսկ ինքն ամբողջությամբ տարրալուծվում է:
Հետազոտության հեղինակները հիմա հայտ են պատրաստում ներկայացնելու ԱՄՆ Սննդամթերքի եւ դեղամիջոցների որակի վերահսկման վարչություն (FDA), որ կամավորների վրա կլինիկական փորձարկումներ անցկացնելու թույլտվություն ստանան: Գիտնականների խոսքով՝ առաջին պատվաստանյութը հնարավոր կլինի ստանալ մի քանի ամսից, այլ ոչ թե 1,5 տարվա ընթացքում, ինչպես սովորաբար տեղի է ունենում:
