Հնդկաձավարի փոխարինիչը քինոան է. ի՞նչ արժե
ECONOMICSՀՀ էկոնամիկայի նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն այսօր հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսին ասաց, որ պարենային որոշ ապրանքների գներ հնարավոր է թանկանան: Անդրադառնալով արդեն իսկ թակացած ոսպին և հնդկաձավարին՝ նա ասաց.«Խուճապի պետք չէ մատնվել: Եթե տեսնում ենք, որ որոշ ապրանքների գներ բարձրանում են, օրինակ՝ ոսպինն ու հնդկաձավարինը, ապա որպես սպառողներ մենք կարող ենք ընտրել դրանց այլ փոխարինիչներ, որոնք առկա են ու հասանելի»: Թե որ մթերքներով է հնարավոր փոխարինել ոսպն ու հնդկաձավարը՝ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակիցը փորձեց պարզել սննդաբան, պարենային իրավունքի փորձագետ Դավիթ Պիպոյանից:
«Սննդագիտական փոխարինումներ կատարելիս պետք է հաշվի առնել տվյալ մթերքների բոլոր սննդագիտական կողմերը: Օրինակ, եթե մենք գործ ունենք շաքարային դիաբետ ունեցող մարդկանց հետ, ապա նրանց համար հնդկաձավարը մշտապես կիրառվող սննդամթերքներից է: Հաշվի առնելով առողջական վիճակը՝ այդ մարդիկ չեն կարող հնդկաձավարը փոխարինել մեկ այլ մթերքով: Իհարկե, կա ալտերնատիվ տարբերակ՝ քինոան, որը մի քանի անգամ ավելի թանկ է»,-ասաց նա:
Նա նշեց, որ սննդագիտության մեջ ալտերնատիվ տարբերակներ միշտ կան, բայց պետք է հաշվի առնել մարդկանց առանձնահատկությունները, նախասիրությունները, առողջական վիճակը.«Կարևոր է նաև տարածաշրջանային առանձնահատկությունը, քանի որ հնարավոր է լինի մթերք, որը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ փոխարինում է մեկ ուրիշի, բայց մեր տարածաշրջանում այն չի մշակվում»:
