Պարետի որոշմամբ՝ որոշ ապրանքների արտահանումը ՀՀ-ից ժամանակավորապես սահմանափակվելու է

ՀՀ արտակարգ դրության պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը ապրանքների արտահանման ու ներմուծման վերաբերյալ նոր որոշում է ընդունել.

 

Ղեկավարվելով «ՀՀ-ում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին» կառավարության 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ի թիվ 298-Ն որոշման հավելվածի 18-րդ և 19-րդ կետերով՝

 

1. Ժամանակավորապես սահմանափակել որոշման հավելվածում սահմանված ապրանքների արտահանումը ՀՀ-ից, այդ թվում` ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ: Ընդ որում՝ սույն որոշման հավելվածում նշված բժշկական արտադրատեսակների արտահանումը կարող է Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի կողմից թույլատրվել՝ հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարության գրավոր համաձայնությունը արտահանման ենթակա ապրանքատեսակների և դրանց չափաքանակների վերաբերյալ։

 

2․ Ընդունել ի գիտություն Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև բոլոր տեսակի ապրանքների փոխադրումն (արտահանում, ներմուծում, տարանցում) իրականացվում է հաշվի առնելով «Մեղրի» անցումային կետի բացթողումային հնարավորությունները և փոխադրվող ապրանքատեսակների չափաքանակներն ու առանձնահատկությունները։

 

3. Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև բոլոր տեսակի ապրանքների փոխադրումն (արտահանում, ներմուծում, տարանցում) իրականացվում է հետևյալ եղանակներով.

 

  • ա) փոխաբեռնման ենթակա ապրանքները փոխաբեռնվում են կամ Մեղրիի անցումային կետի տարածքում կամ «Ագարակ Տերմինալ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերության մաքսային հսկողության տարածքում 
  • բ) փոխաբեռնման ոչ ենթակա ապրանքների փոխադրումը թույլատրվում է Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի գրավոր համաձայնությամբ, իսկ տեղաշարժը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքով և բեռնաթափումից հետո տրանսպորտային միջոցի վերադարձն Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն համակարգվում և հսկվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության կողմից՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարության ցուցումներն ու առաջարկությունները

 

4. Թույլատրել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից կամ Վրաստանից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքով Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն բեռնափոխադրումներ իրականացնող տրանսպորտային միջոցների վերադարձը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն կամ Վրաստան»։

 

5․ Ուժը կորցրած ճանաչել Պարետի 2020 թվականի մարտի 19-ի «Առանձին ապրանքների համար արտահանման ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումների մասին» N 6 և Պարետի 2020 թվականի մարտի 22-ի «Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև ապրանքների փոխադրման սահմանափակումներ սահմանելու և պարետի 2020 թվականի մարտի 19-ի N6 որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» N 12 որոշումները։

 

6․ Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարակման պահից։
