Կորոնավիրուսի պատճառով երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետևանքները տեսանելի են ոչ միայն հասարակական, տնտեսական, այլև քաղաքական հարթություններում: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ ինչպես ողջ մոլորակը, այպես էլ՝ Հայաստանը, հայտնվել են դադարի ռեժիմում, և բոլորը շունչները պահած օր-օրի սպասում են թե համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունները ե՞րբ կազդարարեն կորոնավիրուսային համաճարակի ավարտի մասին: Նման աննախադեպ դադարի ռեժիմը հարվածում է ոչ միայն երկրների տնտեսությանն, այլև հասարական-քաղաքական կյանքին: Շատ երկրներում իշխանությունից դուրս գործող կուսակցությունները այս ռեժիմի պատճառով ձեռքները ծալած սպասում են: Դա մի կողմից պարկեշտության, մյուս կողմից՝ պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսալու նենգ քայլից հեռու մնալու նշան է:

 

Հայաստանում ևս մեծ հաշվով քաղաքական կյանքը անորոշ ժամանակով հայտնվել է դադարի ռեժիմում: Ու չնայած այս իրավիճակում կարելի է գտնել քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ փնտրող ու դրանք սեփական օրակարգը դարձնող գործիչների, բայց կան գործիչներ, որոնք երկրի ու պետության շահն ամեն ինչից վեր դասելով, այս օրերին մի կողմ են դրել սեփական ծրագրերն իրականացնելու առաջնահերթությունը և կոչ են անում հասարակությանը համախմբվել պետական կառույցների ու իշխանությունների շուրջ: Նման կոչով օրերս հանդես եկավ քաղաքականություն մուտք գործելու հայտ ներկայացրած ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը, ինչը, հավատացեք, բավական ուշագարավ քայլ էր:

 

 

 

Ստացվում է, որ ինչպես նա ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, իր համար ամենակարևորը երկրի ու ժողովրդի անվտանգությունն է ու սպայի պատիվը բարձր պահելը: Հակառակ դեպքում երկրում ստեղծված իրավիճակը կարող էր լավ առիթ դառնալ իշխանություններին քննադատելու, ամեն գնով քաղաքական կյանք շռդնալից մուտք ապահովելու համար: Բայց, փաստորեն, կրկին անգամ պարզ է դառնում, որ Վանեցյանն այն գործիչը չէ, ում էժան դիվիդենտներ պետք լինեն: Նա պատրաստ է սպասել այնքան, որքան հարկավոր է, միայն երկրի հիմքերը չսասանվեն: Բնական է, նման վարքագիծն ավելի է մեծացնում Վանեցյանի հանդեպ վստահությունը, ինչն ամենայն հավանականությամբ իր դրսևորումը կունենա մոտ ապագայում:
