Ոստիկանության բաժնում բռնության ենթարկված 28-ամյա Տիգրան Կարապետյանը 2 ամսով կալանավորվել է

Մարտի 27-ին Մալաթիայի ոստիկանության բաժնում բռնության ենթարկված 28-ամյա Տիգրան Կարապետյանը 2 ամսով կալանավորվել է: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ ասաց նրա փաստաբան Գուրգեն Հովհաննիսյանը:
Փաստաբանը հայտնեց, որ իրենց խափանման միջոցը փոխելու իրենց միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է, սակայն ընտանիքը 1.5 մլն դրամ չի ունեցել, որպեսզի 28-ամյա Տիգրանը չկալանավորվի, այլ նրա նկատմամբ գրավ կիրառվի:
Նշենք, որ Տիգրան Կարապետյանը կալանավորված է ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը) առաջադրված մեղադրանքով:
Նշենք, որ ՀՔԾ-ում հարուցված քրական գործով էլ Տիգրան Կարապետյանը հանդիսանում է տուժող:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում այսօր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 309-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ եւ ընդունվել վարույթ:
Երեկ էլ ոստիկանների կողմից բռնության ենթարկված տղամարդու ընտանիքը տեսաուղերձով դիմել էր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ, մասնավորապես, նշված է. «Մարտի 27-ին, ժամը 5-ին, ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի ծառայողները Շերամի եւ Օհանովի փողոցների խաչմերուկում ստուգման նպատակով մոտեցել են բարձր արագությամբ ընթացող «Միցուբիշի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային եւ ներկայանալով՝ վարորդից պահանջել են տրամադրել փաստաթղթերը: Վարորդն ու ուղեւորը ակնհայտ եղել են ոգելից խմիչքի ազդեցության տակ։ Չունենալով վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական՝ քաղաքացիները դրսեւորել են ագրեսիվ վարքագիծ, չեն ենթարկվել ոստիկանության ծառայողների օրինական պահանջներին եւ հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ: Անձը պարզելու նպատակով, ոստիկանները փորձել են քաղաքացիներին բերման ենթարկել բաժին։
Վարորդը դիմադրելով՝ բռունցքով հարվածել է ոստիկանության ծառայողներից մեկին՝ ձախ աչքի կոպի հատվածում պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք: Քաղաքացիները իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար ժամը 5։25-ին, մեքենայով հանդերձ բերման են ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին եւ ներկայացվել տարածքային քննչական բաժին' հարցաքննության։ Բժիշկների կողմից ստուգվել է նրանց սթափության աստիճանը: Պարզվել է, որ բերման ենթարկվածները գտնվում են ալկոհոլային հարբածության վիճակում: Դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել: 48-ամյա վարորդը ձերբակալվել է։ Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
- Տիգրանը հոգեպես ընկճված է, չի խոսում, հայհոյել են նրա կնոջը, մորը. փաստաբանը մանրամասներ է հայտնում
- «Թուրքի պլենին տենց չեն ծեծում». ոստիկանների կողմից բռնության ենթարկված տղամարդու ընտանիքը դիմում է վարչապետին
