SOCIETYՊարետը որոշում է հրապարակել մի շարք տնտեսվարողների նկատմամբ կիրառվող սահմանափակումների վերաբերյալ։
Ղեկավարվելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թվականի մարտի 16-ի №298-Ն որոշման 2-րդ, 6-րդ և 7-րդ կետերով և որոշման հավելվածի 20-րդ կետով, հաշվի առնելով Պարետի՝ 2020 թվականի մարտի 20-ի №Ց/17- 2020 ցուցումը և 2020 թվականի մարտի 27-ի №19 որոշումը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի 2020 թվականի մարտի 24-ի №488-Ա հրամանի հիման վրա ք. Երևան, Ավան, Հովհաննիսյան թաղամաս 24/7 շենք, ք. Երևան, Կոմիտասի պողոտա 46 շենք հասցեներում գործող «ՍԻԹԻ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող մասնաճյուղերում (սուպերմարկետներում), 24.03.2020թ. N 436-Ա հրամանի հիման վրա ք. Երևան, Քաջազնունու փողոց 20/1 շենք հասցեում գործող «Սաս Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող մասնաճյուղում (սուպերմարկետում), 23.03.2020թ. N 423-Ա հրամանի հիման վրա ք. Երևան, Մուրացան 113/4 հասցեում գործող «Նոր Զովք» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող մասնաճյուղում 2020 թվականի մարտի 27-ին իրականացված մշտադիտարկման արդյունքում կազմված արձանագրությունները՝
1. Վեց ժամով արգելել հետևյալ տնտեսավարողներին պատկանող մասնաճյուղերի (սուպերմարկետների) գործունեության ծավալումը՝ 1) «ՍԻԹԻ» ՍՊԸ՝ ք. Երևան, Ավան, Հովհաննիսյան թաղամաս 24/7 շենք, ք. Երևան, Կոմիտասի պողոտա 46 շենք. 2) «Սաս Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ՝ ք. Երևան, Քաջազնունու փողոց 20/1 շենք․ 3) «Նոր Զովք» ՍՊԸ՝ ք. Երևան, Մուրացան 113/4։
2. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահական և աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Հակոբ Ավագյանին՝ ապահովել տնտեսավարողներին սույն որոշման մասին տեղեկացումը։
3. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետ Արման Սարգսյանին՝ ապահովել սույն որոշման 1-ին կետի պահանջների կատարման նկատմամբ ամբողջական վերահսկողությունը։
4. Սույն որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապակման պահից։
