Ավիացիոն խորհրդատու Նավիկ Խաչատրյանի հետ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակիցը զրուցեց երկրում ազգային կամ պետական ավիափոխադրողի բացակայության, դրա հետևանքների, ինչպես նաև կարևորության մասին

 

«Յուրաքանչյուր պետություն իր երկրի խոշոր ավիաընկերության ամենամեծ բաժնեմասի տերն է: Միանշանակ, ավիացիան տրանսպորտ է և այն շատ մեծ կապ ունի երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման համար: Եթե պետության ղեկավարը կամ կառավարությունը մշտապես նշում են, որ տնտեսության զարգացումը առաջնային տեղում է, ապա հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչու համարժեք քայլեր չեն արվում ազգային, դրոշակակիր փոխադրող ունենալու հարցում»,-ասաց նա:

 

Խաչատրյանը պատմեց, որ ցանկացած երկրում, բնականաբար, կարող են լինել մի քանի ավիափոխադրող ընկերություններ, բայց նրանցից մեկը պետության համար շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի՝ տնտեսության, տուրիզմի  զարգացման հարցում, իսկ պետությունն էլ իր հերթին ներդրումներ է անում, օժանդակում այդ ընկերությանը:

 

«Մենք անընդհատ զգուշացնում էինք Արցախի մասով, քանի որ, եթե պատերազմ սկսվի՝ «Ryanair»-ը իր ինքնաթիռները կվերցնի ու կգնա: Եկեք չմոռանանք, որ այդ նույն ընկերությունը հայ ուղևորներին Միլանում էր թողել: Մի՞թե նրանց նման քայլը մեր կառավարությանը ոչինչ չի ասում: Ազգային ավիափոխադրողը հենց այս դեպքերի համար է պետք: Իրականում, պետության համար դժվար պահերին ավիացիան միշտ է օգտակար լինում, հետևաբար, պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկենք, որպեսզի մերը ունենանք»,- ասաց նա:

 

Նա նշեց, որ դրսի ավիափոխադրողը վստահելի չէ, քանի որ նրանց համար իրենց շահն ու վնասն է կարևոր. «Իրոք վիճակը շատ վատ է և ազգային փոխադրողն այլնտրանք չունի: Օտարը չի կարող սրտացավ լինել մեր տնտեսության ու քաղաքացիների հանդեպ: Եթե որևէ վատ բան պատահի, չգիտեմ՝ ով կհասնի մեզ օգնության: Այնպես որ, խիստ անհրաժեշտ է ազգային փոխադրող ունենալը, դա անվտանգության հարց է: Պատկերացրեք, պատերազմ կամ երկրաշարժ լինի, իսկ մենք ազգային փոխադրող չունենք»:
