«Մի կերպ յոլա ենք գնում». Փաշինյանի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ կինը լաց եղավ

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ զրույցում քաղաքացիներից մեկը լաց եղավ: Նշենք, որ վարչապետը ուղիղ եթերում պատահական հեռախոսահամարներով զանգահարում էր քաղաքացիներին եւ զրուցում, թե ինչպես են դիմանում արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում, ինչպես են հաղթահարում սոցիալական դժվարությունները:

 

Քաղաքացիներից մի կին նշեց, որ մի կերպ յոլա են գնում. «Ամուսինս չի աշխատում, հիվանդ ծեր, երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամ մայր ունեմ, ես նրան եմ պահում, չեմ աշխատում: Ամուսինս «Իդեալ»-ում է գրանցված, 2-րդ ամիսն է իր հաշվին արձակուրդ են տվել, չի աշխատում: Վարկ ենք վերցնում, վարկով վարկ ենք վճարում, կոմունալ ենք վճարում; Այս պահի դրությամբ արդեն 5,8 մլն դրամի վարկ ունենք: Միակ եկամուտն այս ամիսներին մայրիկիս 40 հազար դրամ թոշակն է»:

Ամուսինն իր հերթին նշեց, որ իր ամսական եկամուտը 170-200 հազար դրամ է՝ կախված աշխատանքի քանակից, սակայն երկու ամիս իր հաշվին արձակուրդ են տվել:

«Վերջին անգամ 500 հազար դրամի վարկ եմ վերցրել, որից 380 հազար դրամը նախկին վարկերն եմ փակել: Այս պահին 5 հազար դրամ փող կա գրպանումս, էս երկու օրը պետք է նորից դիմեմ բանկերին, տեսնեմ որտեղից կարող եմ աջակցություն ստանալ»:

Այդ ժամանակ հեռախոսում լսվեց, որ հիվանդ մայրը սկսեց ուղիղ եթերում լաց լինել:

Խոսակցությանը միացավ նաեւ կնոջ եղբայրը. «46 տարեկան եմ, ոչ մի տեղ գործի չեն ընդունում թեկուզ որպես վարորդ: Տարիքային սահմանափակում է, մինչեւ 35-40 տարեկաններին են ընդունում: Ես ոչ մեկից փող չեմ ուզում, «Փարոս»-ից չեմ ուզում օգտվել: Ես իմ հոգսերը կհոգամ, բայց գոնե աշխատանք տան»:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ այս զանգի իմաստն այն է, որ հասկանան, թե սոցիալական աջակցության փաթեթները ինչպես ձեւավորեն, որ դրանք հասնեն այն մարդկանց, որոնք դրա կարիքն ունեն. «Այդ աջակցությունը պետք է լինի այնպիսին, որ մարդիկ կարողանան հաղթահարեն այս ծանր շրջանը»:

Չնայած դժվարություններին, տղամարդը նշեց, որ ինքը շատ ուրախ է տեղի ունեցած «հեղաշրջման» համար: Փաշինյանն ժպտալով ուղղեց. «Հեղաշրջում չի, հեղափոխություն է»:

«Եթե մեկը ձեր հասցեին վատ բան է ասում, ես ատամներով ձեզ պահում եմ, որովհետեւ ես ձեզ վստահում եմ ու հավատում եմ»,-ասաց քաղաքացին, ինչին վարչապետն արձագանքեց. «Ամեն ինչ կանենք, որ ձեր հույսերն արդարացնենք, չգիտեմ՝ ինչքան կստացվի: Մենք հիմա պետք է տեսնենք, թե մեր առաջարկած փաթեթներով այս ընտանիքներին աջակցություն հասնելու է, թե ոչ»:
