Ինչպե՞ս տարբերել կեղծված կոնյակը

-Շատ բաց կամ մուգ երանգ: Լավ կոնյակը ունենում է սաթի կամ կարամելի գույն:
-Շատ սուր և տհաճ սպիրտային հոտ: Նման հոտի առկայությունը խոսում է այն մասին, որ առկա է բացված սպիրտ:
-Տհաճ համ, երբ խմելուց հետո անմիջապես ցանկություն է առաջանում ինչ-որ բան ուտել կամ խմել: Իսկական կոնյակը ունենում է հաճելի հետհամ:
Այս երեք նշաններից բացի, անկասկած վատ խմիչքի նշան է նաև այն, որ անգամ փոքր չափաբաժին ըմպելուց հետո լինում է գլխացավ, սրտխառնոց կամ այլ խանգարումներ:
