Բազմաթիվ ահազանգեր ենք ստանում, որ կոմունալ վարձավճարների ուշացումների հետ կապված անջատումներ են տեղի ունենում, հիմնականում գազի հետ կապված են անջատումները: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 25-ին, ԱԺ-ում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ նշեց «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը:

 

Նրա խոսքով, թեեւ փետրվարին ծախսածի համար պետք է այդ մարդիկ վճարեն, բայց հիմա մարդիկ օրավարձով են աշխատում եւ հիմա տանը նստած են: «Կառավարությունը թիրախային աջակցելո՞ւ է այս մարդկանց, որպեսզի նրանք կարողանան այս խնդիրները լուծել»,- վարչապետին հարց ուղղեց Մարուքյանը:

 

Ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Պարզ է, որ այս ժամանակարշջանում սոցիալական, տնտեսական աջակցության թեման ամենահրատապներից է: բայց ես ուզում եմ ուրվագծել Կառավարության մոտեցումը, որ այդ աջակցությունը պետք  է լինի հասցեական: Ես գոնեանձամբ լրագրողական գործունեության արդյունքում ցույց եմ տվել, որ նման էմոցիոնալ իրավիճակներում աջակցությունն ուղղորդվում է եւ դրանից ինչպես են  օգտվում ոչ թե կարիքավորները, այլ նրանք, ովքեր դրա կարիքը չունեն»,-ասաց նա:

 

Վարչապետի խոսքով, դրա համար գործողություններն ուղղված են նրան, որ աջակցությունը ճիշտ թիրախավորված լինի եւ այն հասնի ճիշտ հասցեատերերին: «Այս ճգնաժամն անցնելու է, եւ մենք հանրությանը պետք  է հաշվետվություն տանք, թե այդ միջոցներն ինչպես օգտագործեցինք:

 

Այսօր կա կոնտեքստ, որ եկեք կոմունալ վճարները հետաձգենք: Հարց՝ ինչո՞ւ պետական աշխատողների կոմունալ վճարները պետք է հետաձգվեն, նրանք աշխատավարձ են ստանում: Հարց՝ ապահովված խավի կոմունալ վճարները ինչո՞ւ պետք է հետաձգվեն: Կներեք, նույնիսկ սոցիալապես անապահով այն խավերի համար, որոնց կյանքում ոչինչ չի փոխվել, մարդը նպաստառու է ինչպես փետրվարին, այնպես էլ հիմա իր նպաստը նույն ձեւով ստանում է:

 

Ինչ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ հարցին, պարետը այս հարցում մշտական հաղորդակցության մեջ է եղել եւ ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն, որ անջատումներ չեն լինի, այդ թվում «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության հետ է ձեռք բերվել պայմանավորվածություն»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

 

Նա նկատեց, որ այդ մասին չէին խոսում, որ որովհետեւ չէին ուզում օգտագործվի որպես կոմունալ վճարները չվճարելու ազդանշան: «Բայց իմ կոչը եւ խնդրանքն է, որ նրանք, ովքեր ունեն այդ հնարավորությունը, այդ վճարումները չուշացնեն, քանի որ այդ ընկերություններն էլ են մեր ընկերությունները, իրենց գործունեության մասին էլ պետք է մտածեն: Եթե օրինակ ինչ-որ մեկի գազը անջատել ենք, եթե այդ մարդը 2 մլն դրամի գազ է սպառել եւ չի վճարել, ճիշտ են արել, որ անջատել են: Ենթադրվում է, որ այդ մարդը, եթե այդքան գազ է սպառել,  հոգապահուստ փող ունի, թող տարի վճարի, իսկ անապահով խավից եթե անջատել են, կմիացնեն»,- ասաց նա եւ նշեց, որ չեն ցանկանում խթանեն սպեկուլյացիաները:
