ՔԿՀ-ներից որևէ մեկում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության հաստատված դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել. արդարադատության նախարարություն
SOCIETYԱյսօր past.am-ը գրել էր, որ տևական ժամանակ է՝ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկից լսվում են աղմուկի ձայներ, այնտեղ գտնվողները ինչ-որ բան են բղավում, առավել հաճախ լսվում է «մամուլ-մամուլ» բացականչությունը: ԹեմայիհետկապվածպարզաբանումէներկայացրելՀՀարդարադատությաննախարարությունը.
«Այսօր զանգվածային մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներից ահազանգեր են ստացվել այն մասին, թե քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում հայտնաբերված նոր կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեպքերով պայմանավորված «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պահվող կալանավորված անձանց և դատապարտյալների բուժումը դադարեցվել է, և նրանք տեղափոխվում են այլ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ։
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը պարզաբանում է, որ հիշյալ տեղեկատվությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
Ելնելով արտակարգ իրավիճակում կալանավորված անձանց և դատապարտյալների կյանքի և առողջության ապահովման գերակայության սկզբունքից, ինչպես նաև կարևորելով վարակի հնարավոր տարածման դեպքում կանխարգելիչ նախապատրաստական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը` «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում նախապատրաստվում են պահման հատուկ պայմաններ` քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում վարակակիր անձանց հայտնաբերելու դեպքում վերջիններիս մեկուսացնելու և ազատությունից զրկված մյուս անձանցից անջատ պահելու համար։
Այդ նպատակով «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պահվող կալանավորված անձինք և դատապարտյալները, ովքեր իրենց առողջական վիճակով պայմանավորված ենթակա են դուրս գրման ստացիոնար բաժանմունքներից, տեղաբաշխվում են այլ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում, որտեղ նրանք շարունակելու են ստանալ պատշաճ բժշկական օգնություն։
Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը մեկ անգամ ևս հավաստիացնում է, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում իրավիճակը լիովին վերահսկելի է։ Ներկա դրությամբ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներից և որևէ մեկում COVID-19 կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության հաստատված դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել և այդ հիվանդությանը բնորոշ կլինիկական ախտանշաններով հիվանդներ չկան»։
