Ինչ պատիժ է նախատեսված ԶԼՄ-ներին` արտակարգ դրության պայմանները խախտելու դեպքում

Ազգային ժողովի կողմից վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն և լրացումեր կատարելու  և Քրեական օրենսգրքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքները ընդունումից հետո հստակեցվել է, թե ինչպիսի պատասխաատվության կարող են ենթարկվել զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցները, եթե չպահպանեն արտակարգ դրության ժամանակ նախատեսված սահմանափակման կանոնները։

Մարտի 25-ի մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց Հակակոռուպցիոն և քրեակատարողական քաղաքականության մշակման վարչության պետ Արփինե Սարգսյանը։

 «Այս պահի դրությամբ վարչական պատասխանատվության են ենթարկվելու այն լրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնողները, որոնք չեն պահպանել արտակարգ դրության ժամանակ լրատվության տարածման կանոնները։ Ընդ որում, որպես պատասխանատվություն նախատեսվել է տուգանք նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հարյուրապատիկից երեքհարյուրապատիկի չափով։ Բացի այդ, չեն բացառվել նաև այն դեպքերը, երբ, օրինակ՝ լրատվական գործունեություն իրականացնողը հրապարակի որոշակի տեղեկատվություն, ենթարկվի վարչական պատասխանատվության, բայց վարչական տույժի կիրառումից հետո կրկին չհեռացնի այդ հրապարակումը, այս դեպքում ևս վրա է հասնելու վարչական պատասխանատվություն՝ տուգանք նվազագույն աշխատավարձի հինգհարյուրապատիկից հազարապատիկի չափով»,- ընդգծեց Սարգսյանը։
