Ավտոմեքենաների հաշվառման համարանիշերի գնման` 2018-2019թթ-ի գործընթացներում ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու եւ ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությանն ապօրինի մասնակցելու դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում բացահայտվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հարկեր չվճարելու դեպք:

 

ՀՔԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ մասնավորապես, Ա. Վ.-ն ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը պետհամարանիշերի հաշվառման համարանիշեր մատակարարած ընկերության բաժնետերերից մեկը հանդիսացող արտասահմանյան ընկերությունից իր ղեկավարած երկու ընկերությունների անվամբ 2011թ.–ից 2019թ. ապրիլ ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում պարբերաբար ստացել է ընդհանուր շուրջ 3,3 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար, որը չի արտացոլել օրենքով սահմանված հաշվետվություններում, հաշվարկներում, հայտարարագրերում եւ հարկման հիմք հանդիսացող պարտադիր այլ փաստաթղթերում:

 

 

Այդ կերպ Ա. Վ.-ն նշված ժամանակահատվածում չի վճարել շահութահարկի եւ եկամտային հարկի գծով ՀՀ պետական բյուջե վճարման ենթակա առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 731 241 054 ՀՀ դրամի հարկեր /տույժ-տուգանքով՝ 1 528 073 858 ՀՀ դրամ/:

 

Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար Ա. Վ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

 

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել է, նշված քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաեւ ՀՀ ոստիկանության երկու բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց` ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման համարանիշերի մատակարարման հնարավորություն ունեցող մասնավոր երկու ընկերությունների միջեւ մրցակցությունը սահմանափակելու, ընկերություններից մեկի մուտքը ՀՀ շուկա խոչընդոտելու ուղղությամբ միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու եղանակով հակամրցակցային գործունեություն ծավալելու եւ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու արդյունքում պետությանը առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի վնաս պատճառելու համար:
