Բոլոր վերլուծությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ կոնորավիրուսի հետ կապված այս իրավիճակը կարող է տեւել շատ ավելի երկար, քան ի սկզբանե սպասվում կամ կանխատեսվում էր: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 23-ին,  Կորոնավիրուսի տարածումը կանխարգելող աշխատանքները համակարգող հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ իր խոսքում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Այդ առումով մենք պետք է որոշակի պատկերացումներ ձեւավորենք, թե ինչպես ենք  կազմակերպելու կյանքը մեր հանրապետությունում: Ընդհանուր տրամաբանությունը եւ ռազմավարությունը պետք է լինի հետեւյալը, որ կորոնավիրուսի սահմանափակման պայմաններում մենք պետք է գտնենք եւ ձեւավորենք ազատ եւ անվտանգ տարածքներ, որտեղ կարող ենք համեմատական անվտանգության պայմաններում մեր կյանքը կազմակերպել՝ իհարկե, հընթացս հետեւելով իրադարձություններին:

Մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ ամբողջ աշխարհում կորոավիրուսի հետ կապված տիրում են հսկայական անորոշություններ: Այսինքն այսօրվա դրությամբ չկա մի երկիր, որը կարող է արձանագրել, որ հստակ հսկողության տակ է առել իրավիճակը եւ կառավարում է այն»,-ասաց նա:

Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ տարբեր երկրներից ամենաանսպասելի տեղեկություններն են ստացվում. «Օրինակ, ես երեկ կարդացի, որ չեմ ուզում երկրի անունը տալ, բայց աշխարհի ամենազարգացած երկրներից մեկում պաշտոնապես խոստովանել են, որ ունեն թեստերի դեֆիցիտ, չեն կարողանում քաղաքացիներին անհրաժեշտ չափով թեստավորել»:

Վարչապետի խոսքով, ՀՀ կառավարության գործունեությունը պետք է երկու տրամաբանության բաժանված լինի. «Առաջինը պետք է լինի պարետատան գործունեությունը, որը պետք է լինի օպերատիվ հարցերը կարգավորի, երկրորդ մասը պետք է լինի  հակաճգնաժամային, միաժամանակ ռազմավարական քայլերի մշակումը եւ տրամաբանությունը, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք այս իրավիճակում կոլապսների առաջ չկանգնել»:
