Կառավարությունը սոցիալական խոցելի խմբերին եւ բիզնեսին աջակցելու մեկ ընդհանուր փաթեթ է այս պահին մշակել 300 միլիոն դոլարի չափով, որից մոտ 25 մլրդ դրամը նախատեսվում է սոցիալական խոցերի խմբերի համար, որոնք էապես տուժել են ճգնաժամի պատճառով, ինչպես նաեւ աջակցություն է նախատեսված գործող բիզնեսների եւ նոր բիզնես ծրագրերի համար։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 21-ին, Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ասաց փոխվարչապետ, պարետ Տիգան Ավինյանը։
«Աջակցության ծրագրերը պետք է շատ արագ իրականացնենք, սակայն, բոլորը պետք է հասկանան, որ հիմա մեծ շոկի շրջան է, պետք է ընտրենք ճիշտ գործիքներ, չենք կարող փողերը աջուձախ բաժանել եւ էֆեկտ չունենալ։ Հարկավոր են նորարարական գործիքներ, որոնք ոչ միայն կօգնեն դուրս գալ ստեղծված ճգնաժամային վիճակից, այլեւ երկրաժամկետ հեռանկարում բարելավել մեր դիրքներն աշխարհում։
Այժմ աշխարհում վերադասավորումների շրջան է, ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթ առաջ մենք դեռ կքննարկեինք՝ արդյոք սա կարճաժամկետ, թե երկարաժամկետ շոկ է, հիմա ես կարող եմ պնդել, որ սա երկարարժամկետ վարքաբանական փոփոխություններ բերող ճգնաժամ է։ Հարկավոր է գտնել ճիշտ լուծումներ»,- ասաց Ավինյանը։
