«Այս 6 ամսում շրջադարձային փոփոխությունների չենք հասել». Փաշինյանը՝ ոստիկանապետին ու ԱԱԾ տնօրենին
VIDEOՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր՝ մարտի 20-ին, ընդունել է նորանշանակ ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանին եւ ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանին:
Նա շնորհավորեց պաշտոնյաներին նոր պաշտոններում նշանակվելու առթիվ եւ հավելեց, որ իմաստ չկա երկու գերատեսչությունների աշխատակազմին ներկայացնել իրենց նոր ղեկավարներին, որովհետեւ արդեն մեկ անգամ ներկայացրել է ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար նշանակելու ժամանակ:
Վարչապետի խոսքով, կա նաեւ երկրորդ պատճառը, չի ցանկացել, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակի պայմաններում այդքան մեծ թվով մարդկանց հավաքել մեկ դահլիճում:
«Հակահամաճարակային պայքարում ԱԱԾ-ի եւ ոստիկանության մեծ թվով աշխատակիցներ են ներգրավված, որոնք լրջորեն աջակցում են առողջապահության նախարարությանը»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը եւ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց թե ոստիկանության, թե ԱԱԾ-ի, թե առողջապահության համակարգի բոլոր աշխատողներին:
«Մեզ բոլորիս հայտնի է, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում եւ պայմաններում են իրականացվել կադրային փոփոխությունները ԱԱԾ-ում եւ ոստիկանությունում: Մենք բոլորս իմացել ենք եւ գիտենք այն պրոբլեմները, որոնք գոյություն են ունեցել 6 ամիս առաջ ոստիկանությունում եւ ԱԱԾ-ում: Հիմնական հարցը, որ մենք պետք է պատասխանենք, հետեւյալն է՝ արդյոք այս 6 ամսվա ընթացքում մեզ հաջողվել է շրջադարձային փոփոխություններ մտցնել երկու համակարգերի աշխատանքում:
Պետք է հստակ ասել, որ մենք շրջադարձային փոփոխություններ չենք կարողացել մտցնել, բայց մենք արել են ուրիշ բան. Ի հայտ ենք բերել պրոբլեմների մեծ շրջանակ, որոնք մեզ այսօր խանգարում են մեր երազած ոստիկանությունը եւ ԱԱԾ-ն ունենալ»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ կա մի գործոն, որն էական նշանակություն է ունեցել իրենց վերանշանակման գործում. «Ես հստակ արձանագրել եմ եւ տեսել եմ, որ դուք չեք փորձում քողարկել ու թաքցնել այն պրոբլեմները, որոնք այսօր առկա են: Դա վստահություն է ներշնչում, որ դուք հետեւողական կլինեք այդ խնդիրները լուծելու համար: Այո, մենք ըստ էության, գույքագրել ենք պրոբլեմների բավականին մեծ շրջանակ, եւ արձանագրել ենք, որ այդ պրոբլեմների լուծմանն ուղղակի չկա այլընտրանք»,-ասաց վարչապետը:
