Տավուշի մարզի բերդ համայնքի Արծվաբերդ բնակավայրի մոտ մարտի 18-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանության կասկածանքով զինծառայող է ձերբակալվել:

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է. «2020 թվականի մարտի 18-ին՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, Տավուշի մարզի Բերդ համայնքի Արծվաբերդ բնակավայրից դեպի Չորաթան բնակավայր տանող հանդամիջյան ավտոճանապարհի 0,1 կիլոմետրին, մի խումբ անձանց միջեւ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայողը, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածել է նույն համայնքի Այգեձոր բնակավայրի բնակչին, ինչի հետեւանքով վերջինս մահացել է, ինչպես նաեւ նույն առարկայով դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել Այգեձոր համայնքի եւս երկու բնակիչների, ինչի արդյունքում վերջիններիս պատճառվել են մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ եւ կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Պայմանագրային զինծառայողը ձերբակալվել է:

Դեպքի բազմակողմանի, լրիվ եւ օբյեկտիվ քննություն ապահովելու համար ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ այլ դատավարական գործողություններ»:

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ ժամը 22-ի սահմանում ոստիկանության Տավուշի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել Բերդի բժշկական կենտրոնից, որ բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Արծվաբերդ գյուղի կենտրոնական փողոց՝ հանրությանը հայտնի Մեհրաբի զորամասի հարեւանությամբ խաչմերուկ, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են 1 մահացած եւ 2 վիրավոր քաղաքացու:

Մահացածը  Բերդ քաղաքի Այգեձոր բնակավայրի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Բորիս Ալիփյանն է, իսկ վիրավորներն են՝ Այգեձորի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Սարգիս Բաբայանն ու Դավիթ Ծաղկյանը:

Տավուշի մարզի ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված սպանությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերել եւ ոստիկանության Բերդի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել 26-ամյա Արտակ Մ.-ին, որը պայմանագրային զինծառայող է:
