Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետ, արտակարգ դրության ընթացքում ղեկավար պարետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի որոշմամբ ժամանակավորապես սահմանափակվում է որոշ ապրանքատեսակների արտահանումը, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներ: Այս մասին որոշումը հրապարակված է e-gov.am կայքէջում:

 

«Ղեկավարվելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարելու մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020 թ․ մարտի 16-ի 298-Ն որոշման 2-րդ, 6-րդ և 7-րդ կետերով և որոշման հավելվածի 18- րդ կետերով՝ 1. Ժամանակավորապես սահմանափակել որոշման հավելվածով սահմանված արտադրատեսակների արտահանումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից, այդ թվում` ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ: Ընդ որում՝ սույն որոշման հավելվածում նշված բժշկական արտադրատեսակների արտահանումը կարող է Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի կողմից թույլատրվել՝ հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարության գրավոր համաձայնությունը արտահանման ենթակա ապրանքատեսակների և դրանց չափաքանակների վերաբերյալ։

 

2. Ընդունել ի գիտություն, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև ապրանքների փոխադրումն իրականացվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2020թ․ փետրվարի 24-ի N 197-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված կարգին համապատասխան։

 

3. ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանին, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանին՝ ապահովել սույն որոշմամբ սահմանված միջոցառումների իրականացումը:

 

4. Սույն որոշումը ուժի մեջ է մտնում 2020 թվականի մարտի 18-ին, ժամը 23:00: 5. Սույն որոշումը տարածվում է ինչպես այն արտահանումների վրա, որոնք մինչև սույն որոշման ուժի մեջ մտնելը գտնվում են մաքսային ձևակերպման փուլում, այնպես էլ փաստացի արտահանման ենթակա ապրանքների վրա»:
