Պետք է հրաժարական տա. Մասիս Մայիլյանը դատապարտում է Մարտունու քաղաքապետի քայլը
BLOGԱրցախի Հանրապետության ԱԳ նախարար և նախագահիի թեկնածու Մասիս Մայիլյանը ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ անդրադառնալով Մարտունու համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից Արցախի Հեղափոխական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների քարոզարշավը խոչընդոտելու դեպքին։ Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է․
«Հանրության լայն շերտերը մտահոգված են օրերս Մարտունի քաղաքի մուտքի մոտ կատարված ու մեղմ ասած՝ տհաճ միջադեպից։ Հիշեցնեմ՝ Մարտունու համայնքի ղեկավարն իր թիմակիցներով փակել է քաղաք տանող ճանապարհը՝ խոչընդոտելով խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժի՝ Արցախի Հեղափոխական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչների քարոզարշավը։
Կատարվածի սկզբունքային գնահատականն արդեն տվել է Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակը՝ անընդունելի համարելով Մարտունու համայնքի ղեկավարի գործողությունները, որոնք հանգեցրել են կոնկրետ խմբի անձանց նախընտրական քարոզչության ազատ իրականացման իրավունքի և հավաքների ազատության խախտման: Նաև փաստվել է, որ համայնքների ղեկավարները, անկախ իրենց քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական հայացքներից, պարտավոր են իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակներում աջակցել կամ գոնե չխանգարել մարդու իրավունքների և ազատությունների համաչափ ու հավասար իրացմանը բոլոր անձանց կողմից:
Ես խստորեն դատապարտում եմ կատարված ապօրինությունը և կարծում եմ, որ Մարտունու համայնքի ղեկավարը պետք է հրաժարական տա այդ ամենից հետո։
Սակայն այս միջադեպը ուշագրավ է նաև այլ առումով։ Մարտունիում կատարվածը բերձորյան տրամաբանության մեջ է, ըստ որի՝ «մեր տարածքում» «մեր շեֆի» հասցեին ոչ ոք չի կարող վատ բան ասել։ Նկատի ունեմ տարիներ առաջ Բերձորում կատարվածը, երբ բռնի ուժով կասեցվել է հայաստանյան քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացուցիչների ավտոերթը դեպի Արցախ։ Ավտոերթի մասնակիցների թվում կային արցախյան շարժման առաջնորդներ, ազատամարտիկներ, կանայք ու երեխաներ։ Իմ այս վերաբերմունքը հետին թվով չէ։ Ժամանակին ես ու իմ գլխավորած հանրային կառույցը դրա սկզբունքային գնահատականը տվել ենք (ԼՂՀ նախկին փոխարտգործնախարարը դատապարտում է Բերձորի բռնությունը / https://www.civilnet.am/news/2015/02/03/masis-mayilian-berdzor-violence-condemnation/260225 )։
Խնդրահարույց են նաև երեկ Ստեփանակերտում ոստիկանության գործողությունները նույն քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացուցիչների քարոզարշավի շրջանակներում անցկացվող ավտոերթը կասեցնելու ուղղությամբ։ Հանրության կողմից վատ է ընդունվել այդ գործողությունը։
Ժողովրդի հետ չի կարելի խոսել ուժի լեզվով։ Տարաձայնությունների հարթման և քաղաքակիրթ երկխոսության համար կա քաղաքական գործիքակազմ, որը պետք է մեզ մոտ արմատավորվի ու բարի ավանդույթ դառնա։
Միևնույն ժամանակ՝ ընտրական գործընթացի բոլոր կողմերին կոռեկտության կոչ եմ անում։
Քաղաքակիրթ մթնոլորտում ազատ, արդար ու թափանցիկ ընտրությունների անցկացումը բոլորիս գերնպատակը պիտի լինի»։
