ֆիթնեսի սիրահարները ամեն առավոտ չորեքթաթ սողում են այգու շուրջ: Մասնակիցներից ոմանք պնդում են, որ այս նոր մեթոդը բուժել է իրենց պարանոցի ու մեջքի ցավերը: Առավոտյան սողալուն մասնակցում են տարբեր տարիքի բնակիչներ՝ փոքր երեխաներից մինչև ծեր մարդիկ: Նրանց մեծ մասը ձեռնոցներ է օգտագործում ձեռքերը մաքուր պահելու նպատակով:
