Ահա, թե ինչպես բարձրացնել իմունիտետը և պայքարել կորոնավիրուսի դեմ
SOCIETYԱյս օրերին նոր կորոնավիրուսի տարածմանը զուգընթաց խոսվում է, որ հիվանդությունից խուսափելու համար պետք է ունենալ բարձր դիմադրողականություն: Նշվում է, որ թիրախային խմբում են հայտնվում ցածր դիմադրողականություն ունեցողները:
ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում Երևանի պետական բժշկական համալսարանի կլինիկական իմունոլոգիայի և ալերգոլոգիայի ամբիոնի վարիչ Արմինե Հակոբյանն ասաց, որ դիմադրողականության բարձրացման համար անհրաժեշտ է A, C, E վիտամիններով հարուստ մթերքներ և ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն:
««Իմունիտետ բարձրացնող դեղորայք չկա». դեղատներում առաջարկվող իմունիտետ բարձրացնող դեղամիջոցները ցուցված են կոնկրետ հիվանդների, օրինակ քաղցկեղով հիվանդներին: Մենք բոլորս առողջ ենք և դեղորայքի միջոցով իմունիտետ բարձրացնել պետք չէ, փոխարենը կարելի է օգտագործել վիտամիններով հարուստ, բալանսավորված սնունդ, ինչպես նաև միջին ծանրաբեռնվածության ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը, քանի որ որոշ իմունային բջիջներ ակտիվանում են: Կարելի է օրական 30 րոպե քայլել դրսում: Լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ վիտամին C-ի դեղահաբերի բարձր քանակի ընդունումը կանխարգելում է, որ իմունիտետը չընկնի, սակայն այդպիսի բան չկա և դա ապացուցված չէ: Հարկավոր է բավարար քանակի հեղուկ խմել, սակայն մենք՝ հայերս այդ մշակույթը չունենք»,- ասաց նա:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իմունիտետը ցածր հասկացողությունը հազվադեպ է լինում, դա հաճախ լինում է օնկոլոգիական հիվանդություններ ունեցողների մոտ՝ քաղցկեղով հիվանդների, փոխպատվաստված հիվանդների, ճառագայթային հիվանդություն ունեցողների, ինչպես նաև երեխաների մոտ, որոնք ունեն առաջնային իմունային անբավարարություն. «Օրինակ վիրուսը խնդիր կարող է առաջացնել սիրտանոթային խնդիրներ, բրոնխիալ-ասթմա ունեցողների մոտ, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ վերջիններս ունեն իմունիտետի խախտում, այլ ունեն կոնկրետ հիվանդություն և նրանց մոտ կարող է առաջանալ վիրուս»,- նշեց Հակոբյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է սոխ ու սխտոր ուտելուն, իմունոլոգը նշեց՝ դրանք ոչ թե վիրուսն են սպանում, այլ բակտերիան և դրանց չափից շատ օգտագործումը որոշ հիվանդություններ կարող է սրել, օրինակ՝ ստամոքսաղիքային խնդիրները:
Անդրադառնալով այս օրերին դեղատներից դեղեր առնելու տենդենցին՝ իմունոլոգը խորհուրդ տվեց վերջ տալ այդ երևույթին և ավելորդ գումարներ չվատնել: Ինչպես նաև հետևել տարական հիգենային կանոններին:
