«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը  տարածել է հայտարարություն, ուր մասնավորաբար նշվում է.

Հարգելի՛ բաժանորդներ,

Արտակարգ իրավիճակի պայմաններում բաժանորդների պատշաճ սպասարկում ապահովելու, ինչպես նաև մեր շրջապատի առողջությունը որպես գերակա նպատակ դասելու սկզբունքներից ելնելով՝ ս.թ. մարտի 17-ից «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունը անցնում է հեռահար աշխատանքային ռեժիմի:

Այդ նպատակով ընկերությունը որոշում է ընդունել նվազագույնի հասցնել մարդկային շփումները ինչպես ընկերության ներսում, այնպես էլ արտաքին աշխարհի հետ: Ուստի արգելվում է քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում նաև՝ մեր բաժանորդների մուտքը ընկերության գրասենյակներ:  Երևանում և մարզերում տեղակայված բաժանորդների սպասարկման կենտրոնները ժամանակավորապես չեն գործի: Բաժանորդների սպասարկումը կիրականացվի էլեկտրոնային եղանակով:

Բաժանորդներին խնդրում ենք դիմել՝

- պաշտոնական կայքում հասանելի առցանց դիմում մուտքագրելու միջոցով՝ http://www.ena.am/Contact.aspx?hid=45&lang=1 (նախատեսված է բոլոր տեսակի դիմումների համար),

- փոստով՝ 0047, ՀՀ, Երևան, Արմենակյան, 127,

- էլեկտրոնային նամակով՝ [email protected] հասցեին:

Յուրաքանչյուր հարցի/բողոքի/առաջարկության դեպքում կարող եք զանգահարել շուրջօրյա գործող 180 և 080000180 բաժանորդների սպասարկման տեղեկատվական կենտրոնի հեռախոսահամարներով:
