Հայաստանի բանկերի միությունը հայտնում է, որ հավատարիմ մնալով իրենց առաքելությանը, ՀՀ առևտրային բանկերը ստեղծված իրավիճակում ևս պատրաստ են աջակցել և անհատական մոտեցում ցուցաբերել իրենց հաճախորդներին՝ տվյալ դեպքում կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի տարածման և կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների հետևանքով տուժող ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց:

 

 

 

«Մասնավորապես`

 

  • Հյուրատնային, տուրիստական, ռեստորանային, զվարճանքի, նմանատիպ և հարակից բիզնեսների ոլորտում գործող՝ Բանկի իրավաբանական անձ հաճախորդներին, ինչպես նաև այդ իրավաբանական անձանց աշխատակիցներ հանդիսացող ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդներին, որոնց եկամուտները (հասույթները) նվազել են իրենցից անկախ հանգամանքների բերումով և որի հետևանքով դժվարացել է վարկային պարտավորությունները պայմանագրին համապատասխան կատարելը, կարող են դիմել իրենց սպասարկող Բանկի պատասխանատուներին՝ վարկային պարտավորությունների հանդեպ անհատական մոտեցում ստանալու համար, եթե բանկի կողմից արդեն իսկ չեն ձեռնարկվել նմանատիպ միջոցառումներ:
  • Ֆիզիկական անձանց, անհատ ձեռներեց հաճախորդների մասով, նախապես վարկառուի ներկայացրած դիմումի դեպքում, բանկերի կողմից կցուցաբերվի անհատական մոտեցում։ Առանձին դեպքերում, ելնելով բանկերի քաղաքականությունից, հնարավոր է վարկային պարտավորությունների գծով վճարումների հետաձգում բանկի կողմից սահմանվող ժամկետով։ Վարկային պարտավորությունների գծով հետաձգված ժամկետներում մարումներ չիրականացնելու դեպքում նշված անձանց վարկերը չեն համարվի ժամկետանց, չեն հաշվարկվի տույժեր և տուգանքներ, ինչպես նաև չի վատանա նշված հաճախորդների վարկային պատմությունը: Հնարավոր է նաև ժամկետների երկարացում` վարկային բեռի հնարավոր ավելացումը կանխելու նպատակով:
  • Միևնույն ժամանակ բոլոր այն հաճախորդներին, ովքեր կարող են սպասարկել իրենց վարկերը, հորդորում ենք չհետաձգել վճարումները և կատարել դրանք սահմանված ժամանակացույցի համաձայն:
  • Կոչ ենք անում հնարավորինս հաճախ օգտվել առցանց ֆինանսական ծառայություններից, վճարահաշվարկային հավելվածներից և բանկային օնլայն ծառայություններից՝ նվազեցնելով ֆիզիկական շփումը»,- այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀԲՄ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից։
