Հոգ տանելով մեր աշխատակիցների և հաճախորդների մասին և ելնելով նոր կորոնավիրուսի տարածմամբ պայմանավորված իրավիճակից,ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ Բանկը որոշում է կայացրել ս.թ. մարտի 16-ից մինչև ապրիլի 30-ը ներառյալ (անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նշված ժամկետները կվերանայվեն) վարկային պարտավորությունները չկատարելու դեպքում որևէ տույժ և տուգանք չսահմանել ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձ հանդիսացող հաճախորդների նկատմամբ: Պարտավորությունները չեն համարվի ժամկետանց: Պարտավորությունների կատարման համար կսահմանվի նոր ժամանակացույց։
Իրավաբանական անձանց և անհատ ձեռներեցների նբանկը կցուցաբերի անհատական մոտեցում՝աջակցելով նրանց մոտ առաջացած խնդիրների լուծմանը: Բանկի աշխատակիցները կապ կհաստատեն գործընկերների հետ՝ ողջամիտ լուծումներ տրամադրելու նպատակով։
Այն հաճախորդները, ովքեր ցանկանում են իրենց վարկային պարտավորությունները կատարել պայմանագրով սահմանված ժամկետում,հորդորումենքօգտվել`
- Բանկի 24/7 ռեժիմովաշխատողվճարայինտերմինալներից,
- ACBA Mobile հավելվածիծառայություններից,
- Կարող եք օգտվել նաև մեր գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների հեռահար ծառայություններից, մասնավորապես՝ TelCell, EasyPay, Mobidram և idram վճարային տերմինալներից:
Բանկի բոլոր մասնաճյուղերը գործում են հատուկ ռեժիմով (բացառությամբ «Էջմիածին» և «Մեծամոր» մասնաճյուղերի, որոնքս.թ. մարտի 16-իցժամանակավորապես չեն գործի):
Խնդրում ենք բանկի մասնաճյուղեր մոտենալ միայն խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում: Այն բոլոր դեպքերում, երբ,այնուամենայնիվ Ձեզ գործարք իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է այցելել բանկի մասնաճյուղ, կրկին խնդրում ենք պահպանել հետևյալ կանոնները՝
- Գործարք կատարելուց առաջ և հետո ախտահանել ձեռքերը բանկի մասնաճյուղերում առկա հատուկ միջոցներով,
- Կրել բժշկական պաշտպանիչ դիմակներ և ձեռնոցներ,
- Աշխատակիցների և այլ հաճախորդների միջև պահպանել պատշաճ հեռավորություն,
- Հնարավորության դեպքում խուսափել մանկահասակ երեխաների հետ մասնաճյուղեր այցելելուց:
