VIDEOԿառավարությունը պետք է անցնի արտակարգ կառավարման ռեժիմի: Այս մասին այսօր` մարտի 15-ին, ֆեյսբուքյան լայվով հայտնեց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբացության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը:
«Վերջին 1-2 օրերի ընթացքը ցույց տվեց, որ դեպքերն արագանում են ցավոք սրտի եւ ընդհանուր համավարակը կանխարգելելու համար անհրաժեշտ էառաջինը` Կառավարությունն իր հատուկ որոշմամբ պետք է սահմանի բոլոր համար արտակարգ իրավիճակներին համապաստասխան հատուկ ռեժիմ: Հատուկ ռեժիմը Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը եւ համապատախան հանձնաժողովը Կառավարության որոշմամբ հատուկ լիազորություններ իրականացնեն, որը պարտադիր կլինեն պետական եւ ոչ պետական կազմակերպությունների համար, որպեսզի մենք միասնական կազմակերպենք մեր առօրյան: Միայն հորդորներով, ընդհանուր իրավագիտակցության վրա հույս դնելով խնդիրները չեն լուծվի, ուստի պետք է բոլորն անցնեն արտակարգ ռեժիմի: Շատ հստակ խաղի կանոններ պետք է լինեն բոլորի համար»,-ասաց նա:
Նա հավելեց, որ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը մարզպետարանների, պետական կառավարման բոլոր մարմինների համայնքապետարանների մասնակցությամբ յուրաքանչյուրը եւ բնակիչներից յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է հստակ իրենց անելիքներն իմանան:
«Երրորդ` պետք է աշխատեն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով հասարակական տրանսպորտի կազմակերպությունները, սննդի խանութները եւ բուժհաստատությունները եւ դեղատները»,- հավելեց նա` առողջություն մաղթելով բոլորին:
