Եղանակային անբարեպաստ պայմանների և կորոնավիրուսի տարածման վտանգով պայմանավորված՝ կուտակումներ կան հայ-վրացական սահմանին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԼարսում գոյացած բեռնատարների հերթերը պայմանավորված են եղանակային պայմանների և կորոնավիրուսի տարածման վտանգի հետ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանության խոսնակ Հարություն Հայրապետյանը՝ անդրադառնալով վարորդների բողոքներին, թե սահմանին թուրքական, վրացական մեքենաներին թողնում են անցնեն, իսկ հայկական պետհամարանիշներով մեքենաներին՝ ոչ:
Հայրապետյանը պարզաբանեց, որ ճանապարհի տարբեր հատվածներում կանգնացնում են բեռնատար մենաբնակներին, որ չգնան վրաց-ռուսական սահման և այնտեղ մեծ հերթեր չկուտակվեն: «Նրանք անցնում են ու հերթով տարբեր հատվածներից բաց են թողնում: Իսկ հերթը կապված է եղանակային պայմանների և կորոնավիրուսի տարածման վտանգի հետ, սահմանին ռուսական կողմը ախտահարում է շատ ավելի մանրակրկիտ, այսինքն` դանդաղ է հերթն առաջ գնում, դրա համար են մարդիկ այդ հատվածներում կանգնում»,- պարզաբանեց նա:
Նրա խոսքով, որ նշվում է, թե շրջանցիկ ճանապարհին թուրքական, ռուսական կամ վրացական մեքենաներ են անցնում, ընդհանարապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, որովհետև շրջանցիկ ճանապարհը երկու ուղղություն ունի, մեկ ուղղությունը տանում է Ռուսաստան, մյուսը՝ դեպի Բաթում: «Բաց են թողնում Բաթումի գնացողներին, որոնք որ տանում են նավով տեղափոխեն իրենց ապրանքները: Հիպոթետիկ, եթե վերցնենք տարբերակ է, որ վարորդն ասի գնում եմ Բաթում ու թողնեն, բայց դա էլ հնարավոր չէ, որովհետև ճանապարհը, որ կիսվում է և արդեն պետք է սկսվի ռուսականը այդտեղ էլ են կանգնացնում ու չեն թողնում անցնեն: Այսինքն՝ եթե այդ հատվածն անցավ թուրքական մեքենա, միևնույնն է հինգ կմ այն կողմ իրեն չեն թողնելու»,- ասաց նա:
Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ Բաթումի ճանապարհով մի տեղ չէ, որ պահել են բեռնատարներին, մինչև ռուսական սահման վեց կետում պահել են: «Մի կետն անցնի մյուս կետում են պահելու, բացի այդ տուգանք կլինի, այնպես որ ոչ ոք նման բան չի կարող անել»,- նշեց նա:
