Հերթական դեպքն է Հայաստանում գրանցվել, երբ կասկածյալը ծեծի է ենթարկվում ոստիկանների կողմից: Խնդրի մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում խոսել է փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը, ում պաշտպանյալը սպանության գործով վկա է և մի քանի ժամ առաջ ծեծի է ենթարկվել քաղաքացիական հագուստով ոստիկանների կողմից:

 

«Իմ պաշտպանյալը սպանության մեկ այլ գործով վկա է: Գիշերը քաղաքացիական համազգեստով անձինք, հայհոյելով փորձել են կանգնեցնել նրա մեքենան՝ այլ մեքենայից:  Քանի որ վկա է, մտածել է հետապնդում են՝ ավելի արագ է քշել: Հետո բերման են ենթարկել նրան, ծեծել մեքենայում և ոստիկանական բաժանմունքում»,- ասաց փաստաբանը:

Նրա խոսքով, արդեն բաժանմունքում, երբ իր պաշտպանյալը հարցրել է, թե ի սկզբանե ինչու են ցանկացել կանգնեցնել իրեն, ոստիկաններն ասել են, թե կասկածել  են, որ հետախուզվող է. «Այս փուլում մեզ համար անհասկանալի է, թե ոստիկանությունն ինչու է նրան հետապնդել. սա վերադարձ է 90-ականներ: Դեպքը փաստաթղթավորել են որպես հետախուզման մեջ կասկածվողին բերման ենթարկել, բայց գլխավոր շարժառիթը ո՞րն է եղել` հայտնի չէ»:

 

Կոչուբաևը նշեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալին թույլ չեն տվել կապ հաստատել իր հետ, վերցրել են նրա մոտ առկա գումարը, նաև այլ իրեր ու չեն վերադարձրել, ինչը՝ իրավուքների խախտում է:

 

«Այժմ պաշտպանյալիս հետ քննարկում ենք մեր հետագա գործողությունները: Բայց, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կդիմենք Հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն, որովհետև սա կոնկրետ խոշտանգման դեպք է, փաստաբանի հետ շփման արգելք է և անգամ հափշտակության նմանվող տարրեր է պարունակում»,- ընդգծեց Կոչուբաևը:

 

Նա ասաց, որ այս պահին բշժկական հաստատությունում են, քանի որ իր պաշտպանյալի մարմնի վրա առկա են վնասվածքներ.«Կարձանագրենք վնասվածքները, որոնք ամբողջ մարմնով են, կան սալջարդի նմանվող հետքեր: Սպասում ենք բժիշկների եզրակցութանը»:
