Հիմնական պատճառը կորոնավիրուսի սպառնալիքն է
POLITICSՕրերս «Սասնա ծռերը» բավականին կոշտ դիրքորոշմամբ էին հանդես եկել՝ կոչ անելով չեղարկել հանրաքվեն։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, «Ծռերի» կողմից առաջ քաշած թեզերը համաձայնեցված էին իշխանությունների հետ: Նման հայտարարությունները ի հայտ են գալիս որպես յուրահատուկ ապահովագրական «բարձիկ» իշխանությունների համար՝ որոշակի փուլում համապատասխան որոշում ընդունելու համար:
Իսկ ահա վերջին երկու օրերին տարբեր քաղաքական ուժեր, ինչպես նաև անհատներ ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ էին հանդես գալիս հանրաքվեն չեղարկելու կամ հետաձգելու առաջարկով. հիմնական պատճառը կորոնավիրուսի սպառնալիքն է, որն օրըստօրե ավելի է ահագնանում։ Եթե այս հայտարարություններին ու կոչերին հավելենք ՀՀ-ում կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածների թվի աճը, ապա պատկերն առավել պարզ է դառնում։
Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ իշխանության ներսում երեկ ու նախօրեին ինտենսիվ քննարկվել են ամենատարբեր սցենարներ, այդ թվում՝ հանրաքվեն ընդհանրապես չեղարկելու հնարավորությունը: Իշխանությունները երեկվա դրությամբ (մինչ թերթի տպարան ուղարկելը) որոշում ունեին առկախել հանրաքվեի հետ կապված հարցերը՝ չբացառելով, որ վիրուսի առավել շոշափելի վտանգը կարող է կտրուկ որոշումներ կայացնելու հիմք դառնալ:
Ի դեպ, որպես ամենահավանական տարբերակ նշվում էր հանրաքվեն մինչև հունիս հետաձգելը։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանություններն այս թեմայի հետ կապված քննարկումներ են ունեցել նաև ԿԸՀ հետ՝ նշելով, որ հնարավոր հետաձգման դեպքում հանձնաժողովները կմնան նույն կազմով, ուղղակի աշխատանքները որոշ ժամանակով կհետաձգվեն։
Ի դեպ, պատահական չէ, որ իրենց գրառումներում հանրաքվեի չեղարկման կամ հետաձգման մասին սկսել էին աղոտ ակնարկել նաև իշխանամերձ որոշ շրջանակներ:
