Արդարադատության նախարարությունն իրազեկում է, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում հակահամաճարակային իրավիճակը լիովին վերահսկելի է` COVID-19 կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել և այդ հիվանդությանը բնորոշ կլինիկական ախտանշաններով հիվանդներ չկան։

 ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից հայտնում են, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության ներթափանցումը կանխելու նպատակով ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության, Քրեակատարողական ծառայության և «Քրեակատարողական բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի կողմից ձեռնարկվել և շարունակաբար իրականացվելու են անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց կյանքի և առողջության պահպանմանն ուղղված կանխարգելիչ ու պաշտպանիչ միջոցառումներ։

 Մասնավորապես, ազատությունից զրկված անձանց շրջանում պարբերաբար անցկացվում են անհրաժեշտ բուժզննման, այդ թվում` ջերմաչափման և արտաքին զննման աշխատանքներ, առողջության հետ կապված գանգատներ ներկայացնող դատապարտյալները և կալանավորված անձինք անհապաղ ենթարկվում են առավել խորացված ստուգման և ախտորոշիչ հետազոտման։ Վերջիններիս, ինչպես նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների ծառայողների և աշխատակիցների շրջանում պարբերական բնույթ են կրում նաև նոր վիրուսի ախտանիշների, ինչպես նաև չվարակվելու համար անհրաժեշտ սանիտարահիգիենիկ միջոցառումների մասին իրազեկման աշխատանքները։

 Բացի այդ, համապատասխան բացատրական աշխատանքներ են տարվել և դրանց հիման վրա խիստ հսկողություն է սահմանվել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ դատապարտյալների և կալանավորված անձանց հարազատների այցելությունների նկատմամբ։

 Քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը հավաստիացնում է, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում խուճապի հիմքեր չկան, միաժամանակ, մեկ անգամ ևս ազատությունից զրկված անձանց հարազատներին հորդորում ենք զերծ մնալ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ այցելելուց, որի անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված է հենց կալանավորված անձանց և դատապարտյալների կյանքի և առողջության պահպանման կարևորությամբ։
