ECONOMICSԵվրոպական կենտրոնական բանկը կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի պայմաններում խթանման նոր միջոցներ է հաստատել, որպեսզի օգնի եվրոգոտու տնտեսությանը հաղթահարել կորոնավիրուսի համաճարակի հետեւանքները, սակայն տոկոսադրույքներն անփոփոխ է թողել, ինչը կարող է հիասթափեցնել ֆինանսական շուկաներին, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։
ԵԿԲ-ն հայտարարել է, որ կառաջարկի բանկերին նոր վարկեր եւ ավելի շահավետ տոկոսադրույքներով լիկվիդացման նախկինում համաձայնեցված մեխանիզմներ, եւ ժամանակավորապես կմեծացնի բաժնետոմսերի գնումները, որպեսզի օգնի տնտեսությանը հաղթահարել իրավիճակը։
Շուկաներն ամբողջությամբ գնահատել են դեպոզիտների տոկոսադրույքների իջեցումը 10 բազիսային կետով՝ մինչեւ -0,6 տոկոս՝ չնայած այն բանին, որ վերջին ամիսներին մի քանի քաղաքական գործիչներ խորը թերահավատություն են հայտնել հետագա ցանկացած նվազեցման արժեքի վերաբերյալ:
ԵԿԲ նոր միջոցները հիմնականում ուղղված են այն ձեռնարկություններին, այդ թվում՝ փոքր եւ միջին, որոնք ենթարկվում են ճգնաժամի առավել մեծ ռիսկի։

ԵԿԲ-ի դեպոզիտային տոկոսադրույքը մնում է -0,5 տոկոսի մակարդակում, իսկ վերաֆինանսավորման հիմնական տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 0 տոկոս։
