Ինքնադատաստանի «մշակույթի» ակնհայտ սպառնալիքները
POLITICSՈրոշ ժամանակ առաջ ձևավորվել էր, այսպես կոչված, «հեղափոխության պահապանների» կիսառազմականացված արտաքինով ինչ-որ խումբ, որի անդամները պարբերաբար սպառնալից գրառումներ էին կատարում սոցցանցերում բոլոր նրանց հասցեին, ովքեր դեմ են «հեղափոխությանը»:
Ճիշտ է՝ հընթացս նրանք սպառնալիքների հասցեատեր դարձրին իբր «պետության» դեմ հանդես եկողներին, սակայն ակնհայտ էր, որ պետությունն իշխանությունների հետ նույնականացնելու միտումների շարքին է պետք դասել այս «սրբագրումը»: Նրանք իրենց գրառումներում չէին էլ թաքցնում, որ «հարկ եղած դեպքում` դիմելու են ծայրահեղ միջոցների»:
Այս ընթացքում իրավապահ մարմինները ոչ մի քայլ չձեռնարկեցին, ինչի արդյունքում էլ խումբն «այցելեց» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին վիրավորած անձին ու սպառնալիքների ներքո (սպառնալիքները սկսել էին դեռ նախօրեին սոցցանցում. «Կա՛մ ներողություն կխնդրի, կա՛մ կպատժվի») ստիպեց ներողություն խնդրել:
Այն, որ ցանկացած անձի վիրավորող, անվանարկող, հայհոյող, ատելություն սերմանող երևույթները պետք է բացառվեն, անկասկած է: Սակայն դա իրավապահ մարմինների խնդիրն է, այլ ոչ թե ինչ-որ անհասկանալի խմբավորման: Այսպիսի «այցերի» ամենամեծ վտանգն այն է, որ «սամասուդի» ու «ռազբորկաների» «մշակույթը» կարող է ընդարձակվել և չսահմանափակվել սոսկ ներողությամբ՝ հետագա անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով: Կարո՞ղ է մի օր էլ արթնանանք ու ականատես լինենք այլոց «պահապանների» ջոկատների, որոնք էլ իրենց միջոցներով փորձեն ներողություն կորզել կամ պատժել իրենց «պահպանյալին» վիրավորածներին կամ հայհոյածներին:
Ուրախալի է, որ իշխանական թևից հնչեցին դատապարտող հայտարարություններ՝ նշելով, որ նման երևույթների հետ համակերպվել չի կարելի: Շատ լավ է, որ երևույթը անընդունելի համարեց ու դատապարտեց նաև վարչապետը: Բայց խնդիրը միայն այս դեպքը չէ, այլ երևույթը: Անկախ կոնկրետ այս դեպքին իրավապահների արձագանքից՝ հիմնավորապես պետք է բացառել ինքնադատաստանի որևէ հնարավորություն, նմանատիպ որևէ խմբի գոյություն:
