Ինչպես ինքնուրույն պարզել` կորոնավիրուսով վարակվա՞ծ ես, թե՞ ոչ
SOCIETYՆոր կորոնավիրուսը կարող է վարակի նշաններ ցույց չտալ մի քանի օր, այդ դեպքում ինչպես իմանալ վարակվա՞ծ է մարդը, թե՞ ոչ։
Վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ ինկուբացիոն շրջանը կարող է տեւել 28 օր, մինչեւ COVID 19-ի ի հայտ գալը։
Այդ ժամանակ մարդու ջերմությունը բարձրանում է, սկսվում է հազ, թոքերում հայտնաբերում են ֆիբրոզ մինչեւ 50 տոկոս, եւ արդեն շատ ուշ է լինում։
Թայվանի փորձագետները ներկայացնում են պարզ ինքնաստուգում, որը կարելի է կատարել ամեն առավոտ. խոր շունչ քաշել եւ շունչը պահել մոտ 10 վայրկյան։ Եթե հաջողությամբ ավարտեք վարժությունը` առանց հազի, առանց անհարմարության զգացողության, դա ապացուցում է, որ թոքերում ֆիբրոզ չկա, այսինքն՝ վարակ չկա։
