Գյումրեցի կնոջ հուղարկավորությանը հարազատներից ոչ ոք ներկա չի եղել

Գյումրիում այսօր՝ մարտի 11-ին տեղի է ունեցել մարտի 5-ին սպանված 43-ամյա կնոջ հուղարկավորությունը։ Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանից NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին, որ թաղման արարողությունը կազմակերպել է քաղաքապետարանը, քանի որ հարազատները հրաժարվել էին դա անել։

 

Ի դեպ, հարազատներից ոչ ոք՝ այդ թվում նրա որդին, որը հոր մահվանից հետո բնակվում էր հորաքրոջ հետ, ներկա չի եղել թաղմանը։

 

Ամուսինս կթողնե՞ր, որ գնայի. ինչու գյումրեցի 13–ամյա աղջկա հորաքույրը նրան չի այցելում

 

Կնոջ 13-ամյա դուստրը, որը նույնպես տուժել էր 28-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից ծեծի հետեւանքով, այս պահին Երեւանում է՝ «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ-ում, վերջին օրերին նրա վիճակում դրական տեղաշարժ է նկատվել։ Անչափահաս աղջկա ու նրա եղբոր  հետագա խնամակալության հարցը դեռեւս չի լուծվել, Գյումրու խնամակալության ու հոգաբարձության հանձնաժողովից NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին, որ նախօրեի հանձնաժողովի նիստում նրանք ճանաչվել են առանց ծնողական խնամքի մնացած երեխաներ։ Աղջկա խնամակալությունը ստանձնելու համար հանձնաժողովին դիմել է Երեւանաբնակ մի կին, հարազատների կողմից ոչ մի դիմում չեն ստացել։ Խնամակալության հարցը կլուծվի ավելի ուշ՝ երեխաների հետ խոսելուց հետո։

 

ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Լենա Նազարյանը նույնպես ներկա է եղել, ինչի մասին նա հայտնել է ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ. «Գյումրիում մասնակցեցի սպանված կնոջ հուղարկավորությանը։ Ներկա էին նաև մարզպետ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը և վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Մանե Գևորգյանը։ Եթե ճակատագիրը և մոտ մարդիկ են դաժան գտնվել, ապա հանրությունը պետք է հոգատար ու զգայուն լինի, եթե միջավայրն է երես թեքել, ապա պետությունը պարտավոր է պատասխանատու լինել իր քաղաքացու համար։ Այս դեպքը չէր լինի, եթե հարազատները, հարևանները, ուսուցիչները ժամանակին ահազանգեին և, իհարկե, եթե սոցիալական ծառայողները պատշաճ կատարեին իրենց գործառույթները։ Չպետք է թույլ տանք, որ լռության ու անգործության քողի ներքո նոր զոհեր լինեն։ Շնորհակալ եմ նաև լրագրողներին, որոնք բարձրաձայնում են սոցիալական այնպիսի խնդրի մասին, ինչպիսին բռնությունն է»։

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 5-ին Գյումրիի Պռոշյան 14 հասցեում 43-ամյա կինը սպանվել էր իր տան մեջ, նրա 13-ամյա դուստրը՝ ծեծի ենթարկվել։ Հանցագործության մեջ մեղադրվում է 28-ամյա տղամարդ, որը, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, կնոջ ընկերն էր, բնակվում է Գյումրիում։ Նա կալանավորվել է։ 43-ամյա կնոջ մարմնի վրա բռնության հետքեր էին հայտնաբերվել, ծեծից 13-ամյա աղջիկը տրավմային շոկ եւ գանգուղեղային փակ վնասվածք էր ստացել, ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց։ Նա այժմ գտնվում է «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ-ում է, վիճակում դրական փոփոխություն կա։

 

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՔՕ-ի 112 հոդվածի (Դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը) 1-ին եւ 14-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով:
