«Ծնողներով պիտի հավաքվենք, գնանք տունը պաժառ տանք». լարված իրավիճակ Զոդի կամրջի վթարի գործով դատական նիստին
SOCIETYԱրտաշատի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում ընթացող Արարատի մարզի Զոդի կամրջի վրա տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական ավտովթարի գործով առաջին դատական նիստը չհետաձգվեց, քանի որ գործով ամբաստանյալ Սողոմոն Հակոբյանն ունի նոր պաշտպան՝ Մոնիկա Վարդանյանը։
Նշենք, որ այս գործով մի քանի դատական նիստ հետաձգվել էր, քանի որ Սողոմոն Հակոբյանի պաշտպան Սեդա Սաֆարյանը չէր ներկայացել այս գործով նիստերին՝ գերզբաղվածության պատճառով։
Մոնիկա Վարդանյանն ասաց, որ գործի նյութերին ծանոթացել է։ Նա 10 րոպե ընդմիջում խնդրեց դատարանից, իր պաշտպանյալի հետ առանձնազրույց ունենալու համար։
Նիստը նախագահող դատավորի դիտարկմանը, որ դատարանը ծանուցել էր, որպեսզի պաշտպանը գնա ՔԿՀ եւ առանձնազրույց ունենա իր պաշտպանյալի հետ, պաշտպանն ասաց, որ այլ հանգամանքներ են ի հայտ եկել, որը պիտի քննարկի պաշտպանյալի հետ։
10 րոպե ընդմիջում տվեց դատարանը, եւ այդ միջոցին գործով տուժողների իրավահաջորդները սկսեցին հանդիմանել նոր պաշտպանին, բորբոքվեցին ու գորգոռացին. «Ինչու ես եկել իրեն պաշտպանում։ Մարդ ես դու մարդ, ոնց ես իրեն պաշտպանում։ Դու մայր ես, մայր, երեխեք ունես, ոնց ես մարդասպանին պաշտպանում։ Ծնողներով պիտի հավաքվենք, գնանք տուն պաժար տանք։ Փաշինյանը թող խոսեր, որ հիմա էլ ընկել է քուչեքը…»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 6-ին՝ժամը 15:00-ի սահմաններում, Արարատ քաղաքի Զոդի կամրջի վրա, միմյանց են բախվել «ԳԱԶԵԼ», «Տոյոտա Հիլուքս» եւ «ՎԱԶ 21063» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, որի արդյունքում հրդեհ է բռնկվել «ԳԱԶԵԼ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում, այնուհետեւ հրդեհը տարածվել է «Տոյոտա Հիլուքս» մակնիշի եւ «ՎԱԶ 21063» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներում:
«Տոյոտա Հիլուքս» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Սողոմոն Հակոբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՔՕ 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (ճանապարհային երթեւեկության անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված պահանջները կամ ճանապարհային երթեւեկության կամ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է երկու կամ ավելի մարդու մահ):
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Սողոմոն Հակոբյանը խախտել է ճանապարհային երթեւեկության անվտանգության ապահովմանն ուղղված պահանջները եւ ճանապարհային երթեւեկության կանոնները, որն անուշադրությամբ առաջացրել է 7 մարդու մահ, եւ 4 մարդու առողջությանը պատճառվել է ծանրության եւ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
