Որպեսզի հեռու մնաք այս ծանր բնութագրից, առաջարկում ենք ծանոթանալ այն բաների ցուցակին, որոնք կանայք ձանձրալի են համարում անկողնում: «Ձանձրալի սիրեկանի» որակումը ոչ մի կերպ չի մտնում տղամարդու առավելությունների մեջ: Որպեսզի հեռու մնաք այս ծանր բնութագրից, առաջարկում ենք ծանոթանալ այն բաների ցուցակին, որոնք կանայք ձանձրալի են համարում անկողնում: 

1. Չափազանց զգույշ. Այն տղամարդը, որ անկողնում ամեն գործողություն անելիս հարգալից հարցնում է՝ «Կարելի՞ է», ոչ մի սեքսուալ բան չունի: Լավ սիրեկանը գիտի, թե ինչպես առանց խոսքերի կնոջը հասկացնի իր մտադրությունների մասին և հաճույք պատճառի առանց ավելորդ հարցերի:  

2. Կանխատեսելիություն. Եթե զուգընկերուհու հետ ձեզ կապում են երկար հարաբերություններ, սեքսը դառնում է առօրեական: Անսահման կիրքն ու խենթ սեքսը հաճախ բացատրվում են ինքնաբերությամբ և նորության էֆեկտով: Իսկ երբ արդեն գրավել եք տարածքը և ծանոթ եք դրան, կորցնում եք հետաքրքրությունը: Եթե չեք ցանկանում կորցնել սեքսուալ զգացողությունների թարմությունը, նոր դիրքեր ու տեխնիկաներ փնտրեք, որպեսզի ամեն անգամ զարմացնեք զուգընկերուհուն և ինքներդ ձեզ:

3. Մեխանիկական սեքս. Կանանց մեծամասնությունը կհամաձայնի, որ առանց կրքի սեքսը ձանձրալի է. այն ժամանակի զուր վատնում է, և ոչ մի կին չի ցանկանում լինել անտարբեր տիկնիկ: Ոչ ոք չի պնդում, որ ամեն նոր սեռական ակտը պետք է ցնցող լինի, պարզապես պետք չէ անտեսել այն փաստը, որ կանայք ցանկանում են կին մնալ և որոշակի վերաբերմունք են պահանջում: Լավ սիրեկան լինելու համար պետք է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ կնոջ հետ զբաղվել ոչ թե սեքսով, այլ ՍԻՐՈՎ:

4. Ծուլություն. Զուգընկերների ծուլությունը հոգնեցնում է և ստիպում է կողքերը նայել, ուստի եթե թանկ եք գնահատում ձեր հարաբերությունները, աշխատեք գոնե երբեմն ջանք գործադրել և հնարամտություն ցուցադրել: Չպետք է մոռանալ նաև ռոմանտիկայի մասին. այդ դեպքում դուք արժանի կերպով կփոխհատուցվեք:

5. Հավատարմություն միևնույն դիրքին. Եթե զուգընկերուհին գիտի ձեր ննջասենյակի առաստաղի բոլոր ճաքերը, ապա ձեզ տհաճություններ են սպասվում: Բայց պետք չէ տագնապի մատնվել. տեղերի փոփոխությունը հեշտորեն կարող է լուծել խնդիրը: Սեքսով զբաղվեք լոգարանում, խոհանոցում, մեքենայում, անտառում, այնքա՜ն հնարավորություններ կան: Միացրեք երևակայությունը, բայց ձգտեք չբռնվել:

6. Էմոցիաների չափազանց բարձր կամ չափազանց ցածր արտահայտում. Չափազանց բարձր տնքոցները կամ մռնչոցը, որոշակի բառերի անդադար կրկնումը կարող է նույնչափ նյարդայնացնել կնոջը, որքան լռությունը: Ուստի աշխատեք գտնել ոսկե միջինն ու հայտնել ձեր զգացողությունների մասին զուգընկերուհուն, այլ ոչ հարևաններին: Ճիշտ ընտրված բառերը կարող են գրգռել կնոջը: Հաճախ ասեք, թե ինչ հաճույք է նա ձեզ պարգևում, որքան սեքսուալ տեսք ունի կամ ասեք, թե ինչ եք ուզում:

7. Էքսպերիմենտների դիմելու դժկամություն. Եթե զուգընկերուհու հետ ձեզ կապում են երկարատև հարաբերություններ, եթե դրանք ձեզ համար թանկ են և չեք ցանկանում ձանձրանալ անկողնում, ապա մի վախեցեք նոր դիրքերից, խաղերից, ազատություն տվեք երևակայությանը: Եվ ընդհանրապես, արեք այն ամենը, ինչ երկուսիդ դուր է գալիս և սրություն է հաղորդում ձեր հարաբերություններին:
