Լիակատար երջանկություն, նույն ինքը՝ հանրահավաք
POLITICSԵրեկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լիարժեք երջանկության մեջ էր՝ երկարատև ընդմիջումից հետո հանրահավաք կազմակերպելու ու ելույթ ունենալու հնարավորություն ուներ, այն էլ՝ մի քանի բնակավայրերում: Երջանկությունն ավելի է ամբողջանում այն հանգամանքով պայմանավորված, որ առջևում այդպիսի մոտ երեք շաբաթ կա: Քարոզարշավին մասնակցելու համար նա նույնիսկ արձակուրդ է վերցրել:
Երեկ շատ շահարկվեց ուղղաթիռով Սյունիք մեկնելու հարցը. ոմանք դա որակեցին աօրենքի խախտում, իսկ Փաշինյանը նորից հիշեց, որ ուղղաթիռը չշահագործելուց ժանգոտվում է, իսկ ինքը պետական պահպանության ենթակա պաշտոնատար անձ է: Բայց սա, ըստ էության, ամենաառաջնայինը չէ, քանզի փաստացի թե՛ նախկինում, թե՛ հիմա արձակուրդ վերցնելը պարզապես ձևական կողմն է, սոսկ օրենքի տառի պահանջ. ի վերջո, նույն Փաշինյանին հանդիպողները նրան իրենց խնդիրներով դիմում են որպես վարչապետ, այլ ոչ որպես ՔՊԿ փաստացի ղեկավար:
Մի կողմ թողնենք նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ «Փաստն» անընդհատ տեղերից տեղեկություններ է ստանում, որ պետական ամբողջ մեքենան մոբիլիզացվում է վարչապետի հանրահավաքներին հնարավորինս շատ մարդ ապահովելու համար: Շատ ավելի մտահոգիչ են ակտիվ քարոզարշավի առաջին իսկ օրն աչք ծակող մի քանի երևույթներ:
Նախ՝ դպրոցները չքաղաքականացնելու մասին տարփողող ու ժամանակին դպրոցականներին քարոզարշավի մեջ ընդգրկելը քննադատող իշխանավորները երեկ հանգիստ էին վերաբերվում դասերի ժամին իրենց դիմավորողների ու հանրահավաքների մասնակիցների շարքերում դպրոցական երեխաների ներկայությանը:
Անկախ հետագա «կրուտիտներից» ու հնարավոր «քավության նոխազներ» գտնելու հավանականությունից, ակնհայտ էր, որ իշխանավորները դժգոհ չեն այդ վիճակից: Ու դա զարմանալի չէ, քանզի 2018-ի իշխանափոխության ժամանակ էլ էին ակտիվորեն ներգրավում դպրոցականներին:
Մյուս կողմից՝ վարչապետը հերթական անգամ իրեն թույլ տվեց տարբեր մեղադրանքներ, որոնք իրավական հիմնավորում չունեն, ավելին՝ «Ոչ»-ի կողմնակիցների մասին խոսում էր հեգնանքով, ՍԴ դատավորների մասին՝ վիրավորական արտահայտություններով, դե, իսկ նախկինների թեման հավերժական է: Այդպես լինելու է դեռ 23 օր...
