Ալավերդից ուղղաթիռով Երևան տեղափոխված հղի կնոջ կյանքը փրկվել է
SOCIETYԱլավերդից Երևան՝ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ հերթական բուժզննման գալու ճանապարհին 13 շաբաթական հղիի վիճակը կտրուկ վատացել էր: Հարազատները կապ էին հաստատել հղիությունը վարող բժշկի՝ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Նորայր Ղուկասյանի հետ. Որոշվել էր հղիին անմիջապես տեղափոխել մոտակա բուժկենտրոն:
Մարզային բուժհաստատությունում առաջին բուժզննումից հետո ախտորոշվել էր առաջադիր ընկերքի վաղաժամ շերտազատում, արյունահոսություն և խնդիր էր դրվել կնոջն անմիջապես տեղափոխել երրորդ մակարդակի ծննդատուն: Սակայն ճանապարհի երկարությունը կարող էր լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջացել ոչ միայն հղիությունը պահպանելու տեսանկյունից, այլեև հղիի կյանքի համար, քանի որ կինն ուներ նաև առողջական խնդիրներ:
Հղիության ընթացքում առաջացած նման պաթոլոգիաները հնարավորություն են տալիս օգտվել ՀՀ ԱՆ սանավիացիայի պետական ծրագրից, ինչն էլ կատարվեց: «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի ռեանիմացիոն բրիգադը՝ Զինա Լսկավյանը և Արամ Վարդանյանն ուղղաթիռով անմիջապես մեկնեցին Լոռի: Տեղափոխման ընթացքում հղին ստացավ օքսիգենոթերապիա, ինֆուզիոն թերապիա, հսկվեցին հեմոդինամիկ տվյալները: Թռիչքը տեւեց 25 րոպե, հղին անմիջապես տեղափոխվեց «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ծննդատուն: Դեպքի մասին տեղեկացվեց ԲԿ ղեկավարությունը, «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ծննդօգնության գծով փոխտնօրեն Անդրանիկ Պողոսյանի հետ քննարկման արդյուքնում որոշվեց իրականացնել հղիությունը պահպանող թերապիա:
Մինչեւ 38 շաբաթականը հղիի հսկողությունը և այնուհետեւ կեսարյան հատումն իրականացրեց բժիշկ Նորայր Ղուկասյանը: Ծնվեց առողջ տղա երեխա: Հղիությունը հնարավոր եղավ պահպանել սանավիացիայի ծրագրի արդյունքում իրականացված օպերատիվ աշխատանքի և բժիշկների մասնագիտական բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի շնորհիվ: Ի դեպ, մինչ այժմ սանավիացիայի ծրագրով «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ ծննդատուն է տեղափոխվել 6 հղի:
