Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների հետ: Կառավարության ղեկավարը շնորհավորել է սգակիր մայրերին Մարտի 8-ի առթիվ և նշել, որ  հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը նրանց տոնի առիթով շնորհավորելը չէ:

 
Բայց այստեղ կա մի գլոբալ հարց, իսկ ինչո՞վ է ավարտվելու այս ամեն ինչը, որովհետև այստեղ շատ պարզ խնդիր կա դրված, մենք պետք է ունենանք հանգուցալուծում, որովհետև դա ինչպես առաջին հերթին ձեզ համար է ցավ, ցավ է նաև մեր ժողովրդի համար: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ պետք է գտնել լուծում, սա համարում եմ մեր ընդհանուր խնդիրը, ընդհանուր ասելով, նկատի ունեմ մեր ժողովրդի խնդիրը, որովհետև մարդկանց մոտ էլ բնական հարց է առաջանում, թե սա ի՞նչ պատմություն է և այս պատմությունը երբ է ավարտ ունենալու:

Սա խնդիր է մեր պետության, Զինված ուժերի, իրավապահ համակարգի, կառավարության համար և հետևաբար, ես այսօր հրավիրել եմ ձեզ լուծման տարբերակներ առաջարկելու, որովհետև մեր առաջին հանդիպման ժամանակ մենք ինչ-որ մի լուծման բանաձևի շուրջ համաձայնվեցինք, բայց որքանով հասկացանք՝ այդ բանաձևը չի աշխատում և մեզ պետք է գտնել նոր բանաձև: Բայց ես ուզում եմ նախ լինի մեկ նախնական պայմանավորվածություն, որ մենք բոլորս պայմանավորվում ենք մի հանգամանքի շուրջ, առանց բացառության պետք է ընդունենք ճշմարտությունը՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչպիսին է այդ ճշմարտությունը, անկախ նրանից` մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրին որքանով է ընդունելի, որքանով՝ անընդունելի, որքանով ենք մենք ուզում համակերպվենք: Բայց ի վերջո բոլորս պետք է առերեսվենք այդ ճշմարտության հետ:

Ես այսօր խնդիր եմ համարում հետևյալը. այս ամենի արդյունքում դուք պետք է դադարեցնեք ձեր ակցիաները, ոչ թե նրա համար, որ ուղղակի դադարեցնեք, այլ նրա, որ մենք պետք է համաձայնության գանք ճշմարտության հասնելու եղանակների շուրջ: Եթե, իհարկե, համաձայնության չգանք, բնականաբար դուք կշարունակեք»,- ասել է վարչապետը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, կառավարության ղեկավարն առաջարկել է ծնողներին ձևավորել համատեղ այլընտրանքային քննչական խումբ, որը բաղկացած կլինի վերջիններիս համար վստահելի երեք փաստաբաններից: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ քննչական խմբում կընդգրկվեն նաև իր կողմից առաջադրված երեք իրավաբանները, որոնց թեկնածությունը ևս պետք է արժանանա ծնողների հավանությանը: Վարչապետը հավելել է, որ բոլոր իրավաբանների ծախսերը կհոգա կառավարությունը և ծնողներն իրենք քննչական խմբի հետ համաձայնությամբ կորոշեն քրեական գործերի քննման սկզբունքը՝ առաջնորդվել այբբենական կարգով, թե վաղեմության ժամկետով: Կարևորվել է նաև, որպեսզի քննչական խմբի անդամները մինչ այժմ որևէ առնչություն ունեցած չլինեն համապատասխան քրեական գործերին:
