Երեկ՝ մարտի 6-ին, ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ապրիլի 5-ին նշանակված հանրաքվեին ընդառաջ Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենում իրականացնում էր «Այո»-ի քարոզարշավ: Քարոզարշավի ընթացքը ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ լուսաբանվում էր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջով:
Երեկ համացանցում մեծ արագությամբ տարածվեց մի տեսանյութ, որում երևում էր, թե ինչպես է երիտասարդ աղջիկը պատռում Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենում քարոզարշավ իրականացնող ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տված բուկլերտը՝ «Հպարտ քաղաքացու անձնագիրը», և այն նետում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վրա:
Իրականում երիտասարդ աղջիկը միակը չէ, ով հրաժարվել է վերցնել Փաշինյանի տված բուկլետը:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի առաջին րոպեներին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դստրերի՝ Մարիամի և Շուշանի հետ մոտենում են նստարանին նստած մի աղջկա: Շուշանը զամբյուղից ծաղիկ է հանում և մեկնում երիտասարդ աղջկան: Աղջիկը, սակայն, հրաժարվում է վերցնել ծաղիկը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դա նկատելով առաջարկում է վերցնել «Հպարտ քաղաքացու անձնագիր» բուկլետը, ինչն աղջիկը նույնպես հրաժարավում է վերցնել և վեր կենալով նստարանից հեռանում է:
