Բոլորդ հեռու մնացեք հայոց բանակի սպաներից, անկախ կարգավիճակից, սոցիալական հարուստ կամ աղքատ վիճակից: Այս մասին այսօր` մարտի 7-ին, ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալի դիմաց լրագրողներին ասաց պահեստազորի փոխգնդապետ Կարեն Հակոբյանը, ով մասնակցում էր նախորդ տարի սեպտեմբերին դաժան ծեծի ենթարկված փոխգնդապետ Արա Մխիթարյանի համար կազմակերպված բողոքի ակցիային:

«Բոլորդ հեռու մնացեք հայոց բանակի սպաներից, անկախ կարգավիճակից, սոցիալական հարուստ կամ աղքատ վիճակից: Հավատացեք, սա արդեն վերջն էր, հավաքվելու է մի ուժ, որ ոչ մեկ չի կարանալու իրա դիմաց: Հայոց բանակի հիմնասյուները հայոց բանակի սպաներն են, չի կարելի էդ մարդկանց ճակատագրերի, կյանքերի հետ խաղալ: Հավաատացեք, պատերազմող երկիր ենք, ու ամեն րոպե կարող է պատերազմ լինի ու ձեր նման լընգուլավազները չեն կարող գան մեր հետ, որովհետեւ իրենք հոգեբանորեն էլ պատրաստ չեն: Խնդրում եմ, հայ ազգ, էս ատելությունը վերացրեք ձեր միջից, իրականում շատ զզվելի է դարձել, մենք սրանով չենք կարող առաջ գնալ, իրականում մենք ներսից ենք քանդվում: Էդ ֆեյսբուքը կառաջարկեի, որ Հայաստանում փակեին, դառել է ատելության վայր, իրար քրֆում են, դառել են մեկը պողոս, մեկը եսիմ ում պիցցա ուտողը:  Մենք որպես սպաներ  հորդորում ենք` հանդուրժող լինել, միմյանց սիրել: Արդարադատությունն էլ չի գալիս Սահմանադրական դատարանից, այլ գալիս է անհատ դատավորներից, մեր քննչական մարմիններից, դատախազությունից եւ մնացածից: Խնդրում եմ` իրականացրեք արդար դատաքննություն: Չի կարող նման բան լինել, որ 3-4 սպա վկայություն է տալիս, որ դեպքի վայրում 6-7 հոգի մարդ, այդ թվում եւ մարզպետը, բայց շուռ եք տալիս ու ուրիշ բան ասում»,-ասաց նա` նշելով, որ եթե հիմա արդար դատաքննություն  չիրականացվի, հետագայում այս գործը կոծկողները պատասխան են տալու:

Ծեծված փոխգնդապետի հայրն էլ ասաց, որ երկուշաբթի բողոքի ակցիա չեն իրականացնի, այլ հինգշաբթի օրը բողոքի ակցիա կանցկացնեն Կառավարության շենքի մոտ:

Նշենք, որ երեկ` մարտի 6-ին, Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը բավարարել էր փոխգնդապետին ծեծի ենթարկելու գործով մեղադրյալ Զավեն Գրիգորյանին ազատ արձակելու միջնորդությունը փաստաբանի ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը։

Գործով մեղադրյալը 1 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ գրավով ազատ արձակվեց։

Նշենք, որ Արամ Մխիթարյանը շուրջ 6 ամիս է կոմայի մեջ է։

Նշենք, որ ՔԿ-ն հայտնել էր, որ Վայոց ձորի նախկին մարզպետ Տրդատ Սարգսյանը 2019թ. սեպտեմբերի 17-ին տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությանն ականատես չի եղել, դեպքի վայրում չի գտնվել: Սակայն դեպքին ականատես 4 սպաներն ասել են, որ նախկին մարզպետը եղել է դեպքի վայրում եւ հետեւել է միջադեպին` չկանխելով այն:

Այս գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Վայոց Ձորի նախկին մարզպետի օգնական Հարություն Գրիգորյանին։ Մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում են Գրիգորյանի եղբայրը՝ Զավեն Գրիգորյանը։ Միջադեպից մեկ շաբաթ անց Տրդատ Սարգսյանը հրաժարական տվեց Վայոց ձորի մարզպետի պաշտոնից։
