Գյումրիում դաժան ծեծի ենթարկված երեխայի եւ մահվան հասցրած նրա մոր դեպքով կասկածյալը խոստովանել է իր արարքը

Գյումրիում երեկ ողբերգական դեպքի վերաբերյալ ձերբակալված 28-ամյա երիտասարդը խոստովանել է, որ ինքն է դաժան ծեծի ենթարկել 12-ամյա երեխային եւ նրա մորը, ինչի արդյունքում վերջինս մահացել է։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ի լրատվության ծառայությունից։

 

2020 թվականի մարտի 5-ին` ժամը 14:50-ին, ապա՝ 15:15-ին,, «Գյումրու շտապ բուժօգնության կայան» ՓԲ ընկերությունից Գյումրի քաղաքի Մուշի բաժին  ահազանգեր են ստացվել այն մասին, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի Պռոշյան փողոցի տներից մեկում մահացել է նույն տան 42-ամյա բնակչուհին, իսկ նրա 12-ամյա դուստրը՝ «տրավմատիկ շոկ, գանգուղեղային փակ վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ, տեղափոխվել է բուժօգնության։

 

Ահազանգի հիման վրա դեպքի վայր մեկնած իրավապահները նշված տանը հայտանաբերել են նույն տան 42-ամյա բնակչուհու դին՝ բռնության հետքերով, ինչպես նաեւ՝ վերջինիս ծանոթ, Գյումրի քաղաքի 28-ամյա բնակչին:

 

Վերջինս առերեւույթ հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով բերման է ենթարկվել եւ խոստովանել, որ ինքն է ծեծի ենթարկել 42-ամյա կնոջը եւ նրա անչափահաս դստերը:

 

Նույն օրը հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով նա ձերբակալվել է:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ 2020 թվականի մարտի 5-ին Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի (դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը) 2-րդ մասի 1-ին (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց նկատմամբ) եւ 14-րդ (անզգուշությամբ առաջացնելով տուժողի մահ) կետերով:

 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Կատարվում են քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
