«Կերամա Մարացի» խանութի պահեստում 53-ամյա աշխատակիցը խոշտանգման է ենթարկվել
SOCIETYԵրեկ՝ մարտի 4-ին, Shamshyan.com է դիմել Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 53-ամյա Արմեն Գյուրջյանը, որն իր զայրույթն է հայտնել, որ ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի ծառայողները արդեն մի քանի օր է, փորձում են հոգեբանական ճնշմամբ, երբեմն էլ՝ ահաբեկելով, իրեն ստիպել, որպեսզի նա հրաժարվի մարտի 2-ին ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնում տված հայտարարությունից։
Ա. Գյուրջյանը այդ օրը Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի ոստիկանություն է դիմել փաստաբան Գեորգի Մելիքյանի հորդորով, երբ իր հետ կատարված միջադեպի մասին նա տեղեկացրել է փաստաբան Գ. Մելիքյանին, և վերջինս էլ, լսելով նրան, որն, ի դեպ, մեկ այլ աղմակահարույց գործով տուժողի փաստաբան է, հորդորել է Ա. Գյուրջյանին, որ նա դիմի ոստիկանություն։
Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Ա. Գյուրջյանը ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժին հայտնել է, որ ինքը 2006-2018 թվականներին աշխատել է «Լիա Կերամիքս» ՍՊԸ-ում՝ որպես պահեստապետ և 2017 թվականի դեկտմբերի 22-ին Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի Դավիթ Անհաղթի փողոցի 8 հասցեում «Կերամա Մարացցի» խանութի պահեստում նշված ՍՊԸ մասնաճյուղերից մեկի տնօրեն, ոմն Ռուբոն ծեծի է ենթարկել իրեն, իսկ արդեն 2018 թվականի հունվարի 9-ին նույն հասցեում Ռուբոն և իրեն անծանոթ մի քանի անձինք ծեծի են ենթարկել իրեն։
Ա. Գյուրջյանն ասել է, որ նշված անձինք իրեն մեղադրում էին անհիմն, ինչ-որ 16 մլն դրամի ապրանքների յուրացման մեջ և իրեն ոչ թե ծեծել, այլ խոշտանգել են, ինչի հետևանքով կոտրվել են ատամները, ու հիմա Քանաքեռ-Զեյթույնի ոստիկանները համոզում են, թե՝ ի՞նչ կլինի, արի, գրի, որ իբրև բարձրաձայն վիճաբանել եք, 1-2 հատ էլ խփել եք իրար՝ փորձելով խոշտանգումը վերաձևակերպել քաշքշուքի և ծեծի, որպեսզի վաղեմության պատրվակով գործը փակեն.
«Ճիշտն ասած՝ ես հիմա էլ եմ վախենում, բայց ստիպված արդեն դիմում եմ վարչապետին, գլխավոր դատախազին»։
Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ չի դիմում ոստիկանապետին, Ա. Գյուրջյանն ասել է.
«Պարզ չի՞, որ ոստիկանապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը իրա աշխատողին ա պահելու, ստից հայտարարում են, թե ոստիկանությունը բարեփոխվել է, ի՞նչ բարեփոխումների մասին է, երբ խոշտանգման եմ ենթարկվել, իսկ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի ոստիկանները նույնիսկ վախեցնելու եղանակով փորձում են ինձ համոզել, թե դիմումդ հետ վեկալ, ու ո՞նց եք պատկերացնում՝ ես կհավատա՞մ ոստիկանապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ա. Սարգսյանին, իհարկե՝ ոչ»։
