POLITICSԵս չեմ կարող ասել, որ մեր կադրային քաղաքականությունն իդեալական է: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 3-ին, Թբիլիսիում հայ համայնքի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Մենք իդեալական չենք եւ դա լավ է, որովհետեւ յուրաքանչյուր մարդու ամենամեծ ուսուցիչը իր սխալներն են: Եթե քո շրջապատում ամեն ինչ իդելական է, դու փոխելու եւ փոխվելու անհրաժեշտություն չունես: Հետեւաբա պետք է լինեն սխալներ, ձախողումներ, այլ բան է, որ այդ սխալները չպետք է ճակատագրական լինեն: Սխալը առաջընթացի կարեւորագույն գրավականն է:
Այո, մեր կադրային քաղաքականությունն իդեալական չէ, բայց մենք չենք վախենում դա խոստովանելուց: Եթե մեր բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ քրգործ է հարուցվում կոռուպցիայի մեղադրանքով, դա խոստովանություն է, որ ամեն ինչ իդեալական չէ: Մենք մեր ժողովրդին չենք խաբում: Ամենակարեւորը վստահությունն է»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ երբ վերջերս քննարկում էին կորոնովիրուսի դեմ պայքարի հարցը, եկել են մի կարեւոր եզրակացության, որ ամենակարեւորը վստահությունն է: «Ժողովուրդը պետք է 100 տոկոսով վստահ լինի, որ կառավարությունը բացառվում է, որ իրենից ինչ-որ բան թաքցնի: Մենք մեր թերություններն էլ չենք թաքցնում:
Երբ վերջերս խոսում էի իրավապահ համակարգում դավաճանների մասին, դա նույնպես խոստովանություն է: Հետո երբ մտածում տանջվում եմ այդ թեմայով, ինձ օգնության է գալիս Սուրբ գիրքը: Ասում է՝ եթե դու ի վիճակի չես այնպիսի կադրային քաղաքականություն վարես, որ դավաճանություն չլինի: Եվ Սուրբ գիրքը գալիս է օգնության, որ նույնիսկ Հիսուս Քրիստոսի ընտրյալ կադրերի մեջ կար դավաճան: Այնպես, որ եթե նույնիսկ Հիսուսն ի վիճակի չի եղել անդավաճան կադրային քաղաքականություն վարել, մեծամտություն կլինի կարծելը, որ որեւէ վարչապետ դա կարող է անել»,-ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:
