Գյումրիում 20-ամյա մոր կողմից մանկահասակ երեխայի սպանության գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց
SOCIETYՇիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանում մարտի 3-ին շարունակվեց Գյումրիում 20-ամյա մոր կողմից մանկահասակ երեխայի սպանության գործով դատական նիստը: Նիստը մեկնարկեց դատախազի կողմից մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ըստ որի երեխայի մորը՝ Անի Մինասյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (սպանությունը` ապօրինաբար մեկ ուրիշին դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելը) հատկանիշներով: Ամբաստանյալ Անի Մինասյանը մեղադրանքը չընդունեց:
Այնուհետ դատարանն անցավ գրավոր փաստաթղթերի և իրեղեն ապացույցների փուլին: Փաստաթղթերը ներառում էին ամբաստանյալի հարցաքննման, դատահոգեբանական և դատագենետիկական և դիակի փորձաքննության հետ կապված բոլոր գրավոր ապացույցները, իսկ իրեղեն ապացույցների փուլի ժամանակ ներկայացվեցին երեխային աղբանոցում հայտնաբերման ժամանակ նրա հագուստի, կպչուն ժապավենի և երեխայի վրա հայտնաբերված մազի և այլ իրեղեն ապացույցներ: Դրանք ապացուցված հայտարարելուց հետո, տուժողի իրավահաջորդի՝ սպանված երեխայի հոր, հարցաքննման փուլն էր
Հանրային պաշտպան Ժորա Պետրոսյանը դիմեց դատարանին՝ դատը հետաձգելու միջնորդությամբ՝ պաշտպանական կողմին հարցմանը պատշաճ ներկայանալու համար: Հաջորդ դատական նիստը կկայանա մարտի 20-ին:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության , Անի Մինասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2019թ. օգոստոսի 30-ին,ժ.22:00-24:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, ապօրինաբար մանկահասակ դստերը` 16.09.2018թ. ծնված Գ.Ալեքսանյանին կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, իր փաստացի բնակության վայրի բնակարանում կպչուն ժապավենով կապել է վերջինիս ձեռքերը և ոտքերը, բերանին փաթաթել կիսաշրջազգեստ, որից հետո նրան բնակարանից տեղափոխել և դրել է մոտակայքում` Շիրակացի փողոցում տեղակայված աղբարկղներից մեկի մեջ, ինչի հետևանքով երեխան մահացել է: 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, կայացած դռնբաց դատական նիստում որոշվել էր մեղադրյալ Անի Աշոտի Մինասյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը թողնել անփոփոխ:
