VIDEOՏարբեր ֆինանսական շուկաներում խոշորագույն ընկերությունների, որոնք ցուցակվում են, կորոնավիրուսով պայմանավորված, էապես իջել են։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 3-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը։
«Ես կորոնավիրուսը համարում եմ աղետ։ Այն լրջագույն հարված է հասցնում համաշխարհային տնտեսությանը։ Տարբեր ֆինանսական շուկաներում խոշորագույն ընկերությունների, որոնք ցուցակվում են, էապես իջել են։ Տեղեկություններ կան նաեւ, որ այդ իջած պայմաններում շատերն էլ ձեռք են բերում այդ բաժնետոմսերը։ Ինչ-որ մարդիկ կշահեն, ինչ-որ մարդիկ էլ կտուժեն։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բալանսը փոխվելու է։ Խոսքը հարյուրավոր միլիարդ դոլարների մասին է. մոտ 424 միլիարդ դոլար կորուստ է ունեցել վերջին 20 օրում»,- ասաց Մելքումյանը։
Մելքումյանը հայտնեց նաեւ, որ Հայաստանում կան խոշոր ընկերություններ, որոնք դուրս են գալիս երկրից. «Այդ ընկերությունները համակարգային նշանակության, հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի, մեքենաշինական, լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերության խոշորագույն ընկերություններն են։ Դրանց մի մասն արդեն վաճառվել են։ Դրանք այն ընկերություններն են, որոնց հիմնական բաժնետերերը գտնվում են Հանրապետությունից դուրս, սա հիմնականում մեկ-երկու խոշորագույն երկրների ներդրումային նախագծերն են այստեղ։ Խորհրդակցելով տարբեր մասնագետների հետ՝ եկանք այն եզրահանգմանը, որ ցածր շահութաբերության հետ է կապված։ Խոսքը հարյուր միլիոնավորների շահույթի մասին է, ոչ թե 10 կամ 20, եւ 5 տոկոս նվազեցումն էլ էական նշանակություն է ունենում։ Մի մասը դիմել է Հանրային ծառայությունների հանձնաժողով, մյուս մասը՝ Տնտեսական մրցակցության հանձնաժողով»։
Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշեց՝ իր համար տարօրինակ է, երբ այսպիսի պայմաններում խոսվում է տնտեսական աճի մասին. «Տնտեսական ոլորտում այդ դեպքում կենտրոնացումներ կլինեն, իսկ այդ կետրոնացումները նշանակում են, որ այն շուկաներում, որտեղ կար 5 կամ 6 խաղացող, արդեն կմնա 2 կամ 3-ը, որտեղ կա 2 կամ 3-ը կարող է մնալ 1-ը։ Տնտեսական աճի մասին որ խոսում են տարօրինակ է հնչում, որովհետեւ աճող տնտեսական հարաբերություններում այդպիսի հախուռն վաճառքի դրված բաժնետոմսեր չենք տեսել»։
