ՀՀ ազգային անվտան­գու­թյան ծառայությունը, ապօրինի միգրացիայի կազմակերպումը դիտարկելով որպես անդրազգային հանցավորության տեսակ, միջազգային իրավունքի եւ ներպետական օրենսդրության նորմերի հիման վրա հետեւողական պայքար մղելով այդ երեւույթի դեմ, բացահայտել է անօրինական միգրա­ցիայի կազմա­կերպման հերթական դեպքը։

 

ԱԱԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ըստ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների՝ 2018 թ. հուլիսից մինչեւ 2020 թ. փետրվարն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երեւանում եւ Արագածոտնի մարզում բնակվող մի խումբ անձինք նախնական համաձայնությամբ, շահադիտական նպատակով, 3500-3800 եվրոյի դիմաց ստանձնել են կազմակերպել ավելի քան 20 ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ապօրինի արտասահման տեղափոխելու գործընթացը: Նրանք համապատասխան մուտքի արտոնագրերի ստացումն ապահովելու համար պատրաստել են կեղծ փաստաթղթեր` ամուսնության վկայականներ, աշխատավայրի վերաբերյալ տեղեկանքներ, բանկային հաշվի շարժի քաղվածքներ, որոնց օգտագործմամբ ՀՀ–ում գործող մի շարք եվրոպական երկրների դեսպանություններից ստացված մուտքի արտոնագրերով միգրանտները լքել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը եւ ապօրինի մուտք են գործել «Շենգենյան համաձայնության» երկրներ:

 

Առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով։

 

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների հսկողության ներքո կեղծ փաստաթղթերի ներկայացմամբ հերթական անգամ մուտքի արտոնագիր ստանալուց առաջ ապօրինի միգրացիայի կազմակերպիչներից մեկը բռնվել եւ բերման է ենթարկվել, խոստովանել հանցագործության կատարումը, իսկ մյուսները լքել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը։

 

Գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում բոլոր հանցադեպերը, հանցագործության կատարմանը ներգրավված անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու եւ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ։
