«Իրավիճակն ավելի է բարդացել». ինչու են իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկները չեղարկել իրենց բոլոր թռիչքները դեպի Հայաստան
SOCIETYԱյս տարի, անկախ կորոնավիրուսից, իրանցիների քիչ հոսք էր ակնկալվում՝ պայմանավարված Իրանի տնտեսական ճգնաժամով: Բացի այդ, բոլոր ավիաընկերությունները, որոնք Երևան-Թեհրան չվերթներն էին իրականացնում, ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների պատճառով, դեռ նախորդ տարվանից չեղարկել են իրենց բոլոր թռիչքները: Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց զբոսավար Վարսենիկ Մելքումյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ որոշ ժամանակ է, ինչ Երևան-Թեհրան թռիչքները միայն մեկ հայկական ավիաընկերություն է իրականացնում, այն էլ՝ փոքր ինքնաթիռով:
«Այս գործոնները հաշվի առնելով՝ եթե հոսք լիներ, ապա՝ միայն ցամաքով, բայց դա էլ աննշան կլիներ նախորդ տարիների համեմատ: Իրանը, տնտեսական ճգնաժամի հետ կապված, հատուկ հարկատեսակ է սահմանել: Եթե իր քաղաքացին դուրս է գալիս երկրից, որպեսզի այլ երկրում հանգստանա, ապա պետք է զբոսաշրջային հարկ վճարի»,- պատմեց նա:
Մելքումյանը նշեց, որ նաև այդ հարկի պատճառով է, որ ենթադրել են՝ իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկների քանակը կնվազի, եթե անգամ կորոնավիրուսի խնդիր չլիներ. «Իրանին, բնականաբար, շատ ավելի ձեռնտու է, որպեսզի իր քաղաքացիները մնան և հանգստանան իրենց երկրում, քան տնտեսական ճգնաժամի պայմաններում մեկնեն այլ երկրներ»:
Այնուամենայնիվ, եղել են իրանցիներ, ովքեր նախապես մտադիր են եղել իրենց տոնը՝ Նովրուզը, նշել Երևանում, բայց հայտնի պատճառով հրաժարվել են նախօրոք պատվիրված հյուրանոցային սենյակներից:
«Ենթադրվում էր, որ քիչ քանակի, բայց որոշ իրանցիներ կգան Հայաստան մարտի 21-ից ապրիլի 4-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում: Բայց հիմա իրավիճակն ավելի է բարդացել»,- ընդգծեց նա:
Հարցին, թե նախորդ տարիներին մեկ իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկը որքան գումար է ծախսել մեր երկում՝ Մելքումյանը պատասխանեց. «Միջինը՝ 800-1000 դոլար՝ կախված հյուրանոցից, վայրերց, որտեղ ցանկացել են լինել, ինչպես նաև նրանց ընդհանուր ֆինանսական կարողություններից: Սովորաբար միջինում 3-4 գիշերով են այցելել Հայաստան»:
Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Օհանյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ 2018 թվականի մարտ ամսին Իրանից Երևան է եկել մոտ 30.000 իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկ, իսկ 2019-ին՝ մոտ 16.000:
